Nice for family funeral. Relax and let kids swim

From the moment you walk in I was enamored by the cleanliness and high end modern look to the lobby and thought I might be in the wrong hotel compared to the price I paid for the room. The dining next to the reception area for breakfast for a price was good. The staff at night in the Trailwinds during our Detective dinner theatre was lacking and could have just been more of them to accommodate the amount of people staying there. The staff was working very hard and were not just standing around or not paying attention to say guests or things needing to be done which was absolutely stellar! The only problem we had was the pool rooms rules being followed. We were there when a group of kids had a hockey tournament and they were throwing football, pushing each other in, not caring of people around them, trying to dunk each other a child trying to catch his breathe with only 3 adults supervising inside pool are for roughly 35 plus kids and other parents standing outside the side window which isn’t viewable of the whole pool. We had a read a review that mentioned hot tub and sauna and there wasn’t one but all in all best hotel I have been too in awhile

My husband, baby, and I landed in Madison around 11pm and got to the hotel right before midnight with a crying and the night auditor was amazing! I forgot what his name was, but he was skinny, tall, and wore glasses. Thank you!

We had a great stay. Our room was nice, the hotel facilities seemed to have been recently renovated, and it was simple to get to and park. Our only suggestion would be maintenance for the elevators. We were trying to get to the third floor from the ground floor but kept getting stuck on the second floor along with a family that was trying to get to the fifth floor with all of their luggage. I’m not sure why the elevator wouldn’t let us and the other family out before returning to the second floor. Other than that, this was a pleasant hotel, and I would stay again.

It’s a great hotel just stayed there at the wrong weekend. There was a hockey tournament going on and the entire weekend there was little kids running in and down the hallways no matter what time it was. The hotel staff should have put all of the hockey tournaments kids on one floor and not spread them out through the entire hotel so it will not affect normal customers.

Great stay. Our family really enjoyed the weekend.
