Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was new and clean. It was quite noisy in the lobby due to kids running around. There were kids playing snall basketball in front of the elevator area (where were the parents...). The staff could have done something.

Your service booked us this room, only to find out upon arrival that the hotel had been sold out. My family was traveling and needed accommodations due to a power outage in another part of town. Having to scramble for another option with 4 month old at 9pm on a Saturday is not the service I'd expect from you guys.

We loved this place. It was smaller than our last hotel, very clean, awesome breakfast, warm pool, a washer and dryer that we used, and the softest sheets ever! I was really happy to land here after a long trip. We stayed at another hotel and the kids asked if we can come back here next time instead of the other one. I totally agreed! I also liked the dove soaps and shampoos, they smell great. Lots of places to hang things in the room so we had places to put all our stuff. I would def stay here again, I thanked the staff for saving our trip!

Everything was very nice, beds comfortable and rooms clean. Only us is temperature system not ideal, either freezing or warm little in between. Not complaining though never addressed it with hotel, family liked it cold so i wore a sweatshirt to stay warm.

Excellent customer service at check-in. Nice size fridge, warm decor and excellent bathrooms with dove products. Appreciate the high quality and space of the workout facility. And breakfast included. I will stay here when visiting my mke/ Brookfield family. It was a comfortable, pleasant experience.

We have stayed here many times to drop a kid off at UWM. Much easier and half the price of downtown hotels. It's an easy drive to campus in the morning.

Our air conditioning unit rattled every time it kicked on. The second night we just used that fan. We had to call the front desk twice on the second night because people/kids were jumping off the bed above us. The shower door did not stay closed unless you propped it closed.
