Pool area was clean, hot tub a bit on the warm side. A plus was the selection of childrens life jackets. Our room had a very musty smell, and was worse when the AC and the bathroom fan were running.

My family and I appreciated the simple, clean and peaceful environment. The staff was interactive and helpful. A pillow that was accidentally left behind was put aside and we were called about it. It was held until we returned to pick it up. We’re grateful for the price point of our room with 2 queens.

The hotel is pretty good. The rooms are definitely not updated, but pretty clean. I liked that our window opened so we could have fresh air. This is a good location for after your day in Gays Mills. The pool is a good size and they have a hot tub. It was very busy the night we stayed, but it was a fun group of people. Lots of families and kids were playing well together. I'd recommend it and stay again. There is no elevator, so if you need accommodations, you'll want to pay attention to room type when you book.

Everyplace around the area was either booked or very high priced due to being a weekend. Decided to stay in Boscobel since it was just as close to our destination on Saturday as anywhere closer to Prairie du Chien. Great stay including cleanliness of the facility to the comfort of the room we had. Nice dark shade added onto black out curtains which was nice. Very busy in the morning with a LOT of kids, but the man attending the motel was in total charge and was able to keep up with the busyness of the morning breakfast time. Not enough room to sit so had to take our breakfast back to our room, but not a big deal. Room was quieter, anyway. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Nice quiet hotel. Good for families with young kids. Breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly. Pool is great! The rooms could stand some facelifts. Time for new pillows and blankets.

We stayed one night here while visiting House On The Rock. Clean hotel and room, the breakfast was nice with the kids the next morning. We didn’t have high expectations for the price point. Nice lobby to hang out in and the pool and hot tub were fun. Would stay again.
