Came in for a family birthday. Our room was great and the front desk personnel was always ready to help. Breakfast was a nice bonus.

The hotel itself was nice but once we got to our room, it was disappointing. There were dead bugs in the bathroom and the bedroom, our children’s bed had blood stains all over the sheets and blankets, the frame on our bed was broken, there was leftover stuff from previous stayers like socks, the AC unit had stuff growing on the inside of it, leftover used body wash in the shower, and the carpet was sticky and moist to walk on. The cleaning staff never stopped by our room to see if we wanted service even when I left the do not disturb sign off the door, so we had to ask the front desk for more towels and our old towels just kind of piled up in the bathroom. The breakfast was good in the mornings and the front desk staff was friendly. I don’t know if we will ever stay here again just because of the room cleanliness.

The carpet in our room felt wet to the touch. I didn’t realize how dirty it was until my child sat on the bed to change and I saw the bottom of her feet were black. There appeared to be black mold growing in the corner of the shower wall and there were face and hand prints on the mirror over the bed and some stray hairs on the pillows. There was also trash piled up next to the bin by the entrance door. Not the greatest but not the worst I guess. Easy enough for a quick night.

Microtel was awesome excellent staff. However Expedia sucks balls had family emergency and Expedia wouldn’t let us out of reservation! Don’t use Expedia

The staff there were so kind. After an error on my side with the reservation they worked to accommodate our family with a more comfortable room. The room was nice and the breakfast was as well.

Sheets were dirty, shower and sink had hair in and on. Very disappointed. Rarely get a trip away from children. Never go back. Left and drove back to pa didn't stay. When first checked in drove to store for snacks went to room to relax but no just was so upset with room we checked out.
