Great resort with a lot of amenities. My kids enjoyed the pool, mini golf. The grounds were also fun to walk and explore. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Will stay there again!

Staff was great a very nice. Things that were very annoying. Small round low toilet bowl. TV channels did not work until our last of 3 days (audio only and I NEEDED cartoons for my kids), closet door was soooo loud and hard to open, 'queen' beds were smaller than queens and there was only one end table Between the beds and not on the other sides, the juice machines at breakfast were broken, and golf is rather expensive for people staying at the hotel ($10 per person, come on). Now that I'm done complaining, the pool was great and much needed with the 100 degree temp. I wouldn't stay here again though. Needs some major updating.

Everything was old and needs a refresh. Laundry room was the worst excuse for a laundry room I’ve seen at a resort. Typically, people stay longer at resorts and need to wash clothes. They have one old washer, hardly big enough for your children’s dirty laundry, let alone a whole family’s. There are two old dryers that we used and had to pay for three runs per load of clothing. That’s too much money and too much time waiting. I recently stayed at another well known chain hotel, and they had a nice big laundry room with folding tables and modern machines that could handle just about any size of load, and the machines took credit cards. It’s time for this hotel to research other hotels’ laundry rooms and give its customers basic, useful machines.

Amazing property. Staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Amenities were awesome. Good location since it's literally next door to the Adventure Park, if you have children. It's about a 10 minute walk into town, as parking can be a bit challenging in the "village". Oh yeah, the complimentary breakfast is a REAL breakfast. Waffles, French toast, bacon, sausage. Not just danishes and cold, scrambled eggs. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

This is a very family friendly hotel with many amenities for kids to enjoy. It is an older establishment but have kept the rooms very clean and comfortable. Our room had a view of the mountains and pool. The breakfast was very good for free hotel food. The breakfast staff kept refilling food on a round the clock basis. The french toast was a favorite. It is at the further end of downtown Leavenworth but a nice walk nonetheless.
