Hyatt House Seattle/Downtown

This hotel is family friendly and in a prime location literally across the street from the space needle, the Chihuly Garden, and museum of pop with great views. The rooms were clean and their beds are very comfortable

This is my 2nd time stay because we had a great experience the 1st time 5 years ago. This time, not so much. Will not come back again. We didn't get the suite room we paid for. They said they were sold out so they "upgraded" to a room with a view which is not a suite room. Then we had to wait for 2 hours for the room to be ready. They said they'd text me once the room is ready. Yeah, never got that text. We sat in the lobby until almost 5pm then I went to ask them. They said "oh the system was down that's why you never got the text from the maid". Then that night we got woken up with the LOUD door bangs at almost 2 am. The security guy with another guy came and said they didn't have a record of us staying in this room and it's supposed to be vacant. What the?! They asked for my ID then disappeared for 15 mins then security guy came back and said they apologize for their mistake (no kidding). And for the inconvenience they caused the manager gave us 2 bottles of water. Wow, impressive! With the ordeals we went thru I think we well deserve at least one free night stay! The room was clean enough, spacious. The elevators are slower than a turtle walk. They said they have 6 EV charging stations on P1 but we didn't see any. Breakfast was just ok. Not a lot of selections. With this price we'll pay a bit more and stay downtown next time. Won't be back again.

In town for Mariners game. very comfortable and spacious for 4 of us and an infant.

Overall, the Hyatt House is a great hotel with plenty of space for a family traveling. The hotel is showing its age with some wear and tear throughout the room. We picked this hotel though for its location and we were not disappointed. Would definitely stay here again

Awesome place to stay with family.

This is a great place to stay for families. Right across the street from the space needle and a 10 min shuttle to the waterfront. Perfect!

The staff!! A++! So calm and positive and smiling! I’ve traveled a lot and sometimes it’s hard to get this because let’s face it, public people are trash and it’s hard to have this attitude but ALL of the staff here were so nice and friendly! Made it that much better! Clean safe especially traveling as a single mother with a child. The accommodation for parking is so convenient. Thank you to all of the staff at this hotel!!

Great spot next to the needle, great kid hang out in lobby . Staff very helpful.

Great location in walking distance to many places in downtown Seattle (Pike’s Market, Space Needle). Staff was very helpful and customer service was top notch! Rooms was clean and comfortable for our family of 5. Breakfast was buffet style and had many good options. Secure and easy parking available which is a plus as well. Will stay here again on our next trip to Seattle!

This is the hotel to stay at when in Seattle. It was our best hotel stay in a long time. Staff was friendly, location was great, food was delicious! I cant say enough! Great with kids, lots of transportation and attractions close by. Great outside space with great views of city, mountains and space needle. They even run a shuttle to the cruise port!
