Nice stop after a mariners game. It gets us out of the city and is not too far. The rooms are always clean. The pool was cloaed when we were there for repair whi h bummed my kids out but is understandable. The front desk is usually accomodating but was a little rude and not quite as accomodating as usual. We didnt ask for anything in particular but had to wait a long time to get checked in with inky one person infeont of us.

I had a short overnight stay but they accommodated me by placing me is a room far away from a kids hockey group. The staff was very friendly!

Check inn staff was wonderful. My grandkids loved the pool. The woman working the breakfast was not very friendly. I loved the shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Overall everything was good. I will definitely stay there again.

Front desk check in was smooth, fast and friendly. Rooms are super clean, beds are comfy, large well lit bathrooms, nice shower, great water pressure. A/C quiet and efficient. Breakfast bar was better than most, fresh and restocked often, good coffee. Kids enjoyed the pool, very clean facilities, plenty of towels. Parking is extra, but clean, well lit, close to rooms and many large spaces for family-size rigs. We were "That Group" a big one with extended family and traveling with littles, all the staff went the extra step to ensure we had all we needed and were unfailingly friendly, engaging and helpful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We booked at this hotel because of high reviews. However, we were never told that we had to pay for parking at check in. We only found out afterwards when it was charged to our card. Breakfast was a bag with a plastic wrapped danish, a kids granola bar and orange. Checkout was at 12:00 noon but when we left to go get a real breakfast we returned (well before noon) to find that they were cleaning our room and had thrown out the food we had put in refrig. We even put a do not disturb sign on door.
