Very quiet location, however this means it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk anywhere. Breakfast was good lots of choices a few more fresh fruit options would have been nice. The pillows on the bed were not the comfiest, my kids and I are used to a thicker pillow, however my husband liked the pillows so it just depends on what you are used to. My favourite thing about the hotel is the free coffee and tea that is available 24/7 down in the dining area.

We have stayed here many times as a couple and as a family as it’s convenient and close to our Seattle relatives. The room is usually clean and premise is usually quiet enough. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast has finally improved after Covid and a year after that when it was just a bad tasting breakfast sandwich. The only issue we had this last time we stayed was the lock to our door wouldn’t open! It happened every time we returned to our room and needed access. Though the staff tried their best each time to help us within a reasonable amount of time, it was incredibly frustrating not to have access to our own room with the key fobs and required manual master key opening multiple times. Luckily it was a short stay otherwise we would’ve definitely switched rooms after the 2nd or 3rd time it occurred with issue unresolved. Overall, we were still satisfied with the friendly staff, improved breakfast, and clean and quiet room we got.

Hotel is advertised in a deceiving way. Pool looks way bigger than it is. Pool is actually very small. They booked six hockey teams in for a weekend tournament and dont inform other guests of this info. Would not have stayed in this hotel if I was aware of this. The hockey parents all drinking and partying in lobby lounge while there kids are running around in the hall ways and playing hockey in the hall ways. Hotel staff did little to stop this. This Went on till nearly mid night.. no apology or effort made to make up for this unpleasant stay.

The good: check-in was smooth, breakfast was good. The bad: the only reason we booked this hotel was because of the advertised indoor pool. My children really wanted to swim. Pool hours are 10 AM to 8 PM. My children waited patiently until 10 AM to go go for a swim, and were kicked out of the pool after only 5 minutes because the pool was “undergoing water treatment”. I’m sorry but if the pool closes at 8 PM and reopens until 10 AM the next day, that gives the staff 14 hours to treat the water overnight and still meet their advertised business hours. Waiting until 10 AM to start cleaning the pool is just lazy and seems like purposefully not wanting to have guests in the pool area.

The staff are so kind to help us make an earlier check in since I have a kid. So lovely. It’s just like staying at home, very relaxing environment.

Overall the property was was good, but over the weekend there was a hockey tournament and the hotel appeared to be contract location for the hockey team. The hotel hotel staff was not able to keep the kids in check with kids screaming and running up and down the halls. We called to let the front desk know and the receptionist was more annoyed with us calling. No apologies no response to the situation.

Excellent stay and friendly staff. I particularly want to commend management for their understanding of the need to cut the stay short due to a Covid diagnosis which necessitated relocating to a family member’s home nearby to ensure my elderly parents were properly monitored.
