Yeah I booked my two rooms a month in advance. I get to the hotel 30 minutes before check-in and I’m told that my rooms are not available me and my family wait two hours after check in time and finally get our room, we get our room rooms and they’re not connected like I asked for a month in advance. Customer service is awful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I will not be returning.

Beautiful stay! My kids loved the pool! Breakfast was delicious! Room was spotless! We needed extra wash cloths and towels and were able to get them with no problem at all!

This is an excellent hotel, specially if you have family. Every time i come, always find new staff, lol, idk why but they are extremely professional and always go the estra mile to accommodate my family, breakfast is good, has a nice pool, big area to grill and seat outside and inside, tons of stores around the hotel

This property was terrible, as we drove up I said to myself "oh no this cant be it" There was a man standing at the front doors smoking marijuana, another lady around the corner smoking, A man with 6 dogs. all this as we found the front of the location. signs everywhere stating no parking so we just still had to park there. the entrance was hard to find it looked like a closet from the front. upon entry we checked in there was a musky smell and a person moping which it seems they always have someone mopping every time I've checked into a home 2 suite. Is this to mask the odors when you check in? We checked in and upon opening the door to our room the odor of wet musky smell was so overwhelming I immediately called another hotel and booked another room where I knew would be better, When I see Hilton I incorrectly assumed it was of Hilton quality but these Home 2 Suites which I have checked into 2 is not of Hilton quality. I dont know if it caters to homeless, vouchers or something but it should be someway to let Hilton HOnors members know that this is not a place that you want to take your children or expect a "Hilton " experience. i have reserved a stay at a Hilton2Suites in Savanah Georgia end of June and I'm so afraid it is going to be another dive place.

This hotel was decent - not great but 3 out of 5. The distance wasn't so bad for us family of 4 to DC & Mt. Vernon. Check in & out was quick and staff was friendly.
Pool and gym were good. Finding parking was never an issue. Gas stations, restaurants are all around.
Morning seating for breakfast seemed to go quickly but with some patience, and learning to get there before the rush, helped us secure seating for our family.
The air unit in the bedroom was extreamly noisy - enough to where it stole our sleep the entire 1st night until we finally decided to wear our noise canceling headphones for bed to drown out the noise. So sleep was meh for mom and Dad.
Breakfast went out quickly the 1st day but we were able to get bagels, bananas and waffles. Again, lesson learned in beating the breakfast traffic.
Overall, thankful we were able to secure a place to stay so close to the cherry blossom festival!

I personally will never stay here again:
Our bathroom was dirty. I asked 3 times for it to be clean and was told they clean on Wednesday and Saturdays only. Cool, what about giving me a dirty bathroom to start. I cleaned the shower and someone else’s hair out of it. Every day we had to ask for our room key to be reactivated. We’d go out, come back and couldn’t unlock our room or the back door. Seems normal right. I had to buy my own conditioner because there was no conditioner. After two days they finally gave me some. Our neighbor played video games from sunrise to sunset and their dog barked all the time. I had to buy ear plugs. Oh and my kids never got to use the pool as it was out of commission. I’ve stayed at many hotels and many Hilton’s and this was pretty much the crappiest one.

We absolutely love the staff here and so do our furr babies!! They knew it was mine and my husbands birthday this week and they went above and beyond to make us feel special!!!

Sound insulation is horrible. I could hear kids screaming and jumping on their bed from the floor above, and I could hear the lady talking on her phone in the parking lot. I saw a dog pooped on the rug in front of the elevator. I was at 4 points Sheraton in Flushing this summer, and I slept great despite a hotel full of customers. I do not recommend Home2Suite.

I ordered a suite room because I have an infant and a toodler. When I arrived to the hotel they gave me a studio room without telling me nothing. When I opened the room, my surprise was the studio. I went to the front desk and they told me that they were overbooked and Hotels.com was the problem. Their only solution was to cancel the room or stay under that condtion. I had two children it was already night and I didn't have the option to look for another hotel. The bed was terrible and the sofa bed was worst. It is the first time that I have problem in a hotel through Hotels.com so I guess the issue is this problem which I will never stay again and I will never suggest anyone to stay here.

The room was nice with all the amenities ie: refrigerator, microwave, sink and dishwasher.
I didn’t like that there was a group of children at the property running through the halls and going to the pool and tracking water from the pool to the elevators and to each floor.
