Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Waynesboro - Route 340, an IHG Hotel

We stayed in a family room it was quiet and restful, i just wish the hot tub was working, the breakfast delicious, the staff was fabulous

I know that Windom just got this property. It is still being fixed up. It was clean the staff seem friendly but the staff also looked very dishevel. When we arrived the front desk person was outside having discussion with someone in a truck and after a few minutes of waiting she finally came in. I noticed two little kids asleep on the lobby sofa's and figured they were hers. But the next morning one of the cleaning crew was rolling a baby crib with her as her infant daughter went to work with her. Mind you, that's great that the hotel allows that but is that the best environment for the kids? Some of the guest looked dicey, I think the 1st day there were some prostitutes in the pool. No one should be wearing thong bathing suits in a family oriented hotel. Other days, whole families were hanging out all over the parking lot shouting at each other. I did like our "basement" room. It was very quiet and although the weather outside was in the high 90's we never had to have the AC on, perfect temperature for us. It was great. The breakfast was good also, plenty of it and a variety. All in all out of 5 I give this place a 3, work in progress.

The hotel is very dated. The room was very large and worked great for my family. The pool is also big which was fun. Breakfast was small but free.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. Our grandchildren enjoyed the beautiful pool.

Im travel nurse and stay long term at comfort inn had family in gor werkend loved my room abd if allowed my cat wuld move here gor my contract

Great price, nice staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast, 24 hr indoor pool, and has family suites … but kinda noisy, in disrepair (lobby walls and ceiling in bad condition in places, hot tub out of order, lobby water fountains out of order, 2nd floor ice machine out of order), and one of our two rooms wasn’t cleaned very well (found food leftovers in fridge and tennis ball and pop bottle under furniture).

Parking was hard on the hill, but the hotel was clean, staff was friendly, room was excellent, bed was comfortable!! Breakfast was good. We will be staying there from now on, when we travel to see our family in Chesapeake VA.

This was a good trip. Bethany at the front seat was very accommodating with my short family trip.

Good clean affordable room for the family as we were passing through the area.
