I stayed in a nice large suite with my 4 children. There was plenty of room for everyone, and breakfast was clutch. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. I'm sure we'll stay here again on our trips through Virginia.

IM A MARRIOTT REWARDS CARD HOLDER AND THE PROPERTY WAS AS EXPECTED. FOLKS WERE ALL PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. ROOM WAS VERY NICE, MY WIFE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THE SHOWER, COMMENTING ON WATER PRESSURE AND ENDLESS HOT WATER! HER ENJOYMENT CAUSING OUR LATE DEPARTURE AND DESK HELP WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING. I booked this property for the outdoor pool for my kids. I arrived, and the pool had no water in it on July 4th! We had to go to a neighboring hotel to use an indoor pool, no sun. The Breakfast was poor, it was prepackaged ham and cheese sandwich and a quiche! No eggs, or meat. Cmon dont be so cheap!!!

The room is a nice size and usually this is not something I care about but on holiday trips to visit family we spend more time in the hotel room than on other trips. There could be more outlets. The location was very convenient during the holidays as I was able to avoid most traffic but still have access to the nearby restaurants and shopping. Given that it was a holiday the hotel seemed rather empty. I call out this hotel for being stingy as there was housekeeping service every other day and at one point we were out of tissues and seriously instead of replacing the box, they put a small stash of tissues where the empty box was.
