Come stay with us! Our rooms smell like we rub curry into the carpet and then vacuum. Pretty sure Raid was used instead of febreeze for freshening fabrics. Come to our bar! It's not staffed, no one is working it's closed and desolate just like the soul of Dulles, quite the reflection of the times the Hilton loves to share with you and your family. Oh! And the extra money you pay for the limited breakfast selection is truly our favorite part of your disapointing stay!!! Did you say you wanted microwaved eggs and sausage? Of course you didn't... but that's what you get! Oh did you want to make a waffle... that's extra!!! That's right, $12 and we will do what a 5 year old can do for you but upcharge you. For all this, an amazing view of a storage facility and a 7/11 just take my $175 a night, the Hilton really made me feel like the King of Dulles, which is akin to the King of 3 broken portapotty's... so not great.

The property was old and dirty looking with a smell. They did not any other room we could switch to. We had an accessible room where when showering the water wet the entire bathroom floor the ceiling vent was open. Breakfast was nasty and very mediocre. I hate that I had to pay for it for my family and I and it was nasty. The juices were all watered down and there weren’t and creamer options but 1 for the coffee. I will never book another Hilton again. And my kids were scared because of all the sex trafficking things abortive hotel they seen online. That’s why we could take the room on the 1st floor they tried to offer as an alternative. Never again. Terrible stay. The man at the desk however, was very nice. We didn’t check in until after midnight and he was gracious.

inability to extend reservation by 1 day. Long complicated check-in. im asked at check-in about housekeeping and I say I need it every day. My dads room never gets it and my room does not get it on my last night. My key does not work on the last night. My dad is 98 and I dont need this uncertainty on an trip for this family gathering. My room was nice and the location was good however performance needs much improvement.

My family and I needed a room as our flight was cancelled, forcing us to stay the night in Dulles. Called the hotel and was offered the courtesy shuttle to the hotel. The front desk rep made sure that the driver did not leave the airport until he confirmed we were on the bus.

When we arrived the room was a welcome sight for we had been traveling all day with sick kids. The beds were very nice and they provided a crib in our room for our one-year-old. We paid for breakfast one of the mornings we were there and it was nice. They had a breakfast buffet which included hard boiled eggs, yogurt, muffins, bagels, toast, eggs prepared any way you'd like, hot oatmeal, cold cereal, and lots of fresh fruit. The concierge was quick to attend to our needs. The hotel location is right off a toll road but with Google maps app on your phone you can navigate around them easily. We often used their guest laundry room to do our laundry. It cost $4 to run a wash and dry cycle (kinda pricey). But overall, I'd say we had a great stay and would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn.

I had called one week ahead to reserve a crib for my 10 month old baby. I was told a note was put in the computer. When we arrived no crib. Front desk was very nice and said he would find one. 9:00 PM still no crib. I told front desk we would have to leave. Another guest overheard and gave up his crib. One single man worked front desk Friday spent the night in the hotel and returned to work Saturday morning, received a break Saturday afternoon and then back Sunday morning. The hotel was very crowded and needed more than one staff member. Room was clean, but no pillow covers. And the pillows on the bed were half of the size of standard pillows. Did not use fitness center or pool. Housekeeping was nice and polite.

Received a call from the front desk manager today asking if I had stayed in the Hilton last night and wonder if I knew what happened to the room. After playing games with me, he asked if someone had urinated on the bed. I said yes my son had an accident Saturday night and I informed the cleaning lady. His response included "the cleaning lady is not who you inform for urine on the bed and that he will be charging me 200.00 dollars for damages. I then Advised him my son has a documented medical condition and has accidents from time to time. His response was " that's not a valid excuse. " long story short and I will not be staying at a hotel that has no compassion for children.
