Pool and hot tub were 70-72 degrees. Pool in desperate need of resurfacing. Booked for specific purpose of swimming with kids and it was too cold to get in enjoyably considering recommended temp is 78-85. Front desk stated they could provide partial refund and after waiting 10 days they stated this was not possible after 2 conversations stating it would be. No signage or warning anywhere of non functioning facilities.
Hair ball in the bathroom and shower with standing water that wouldn't drain.
Breakfast and kitchen staff were very nice and attentive.
