The hotel is conveniently located to family so we stay when we visit. The staff is pleasant and welcoming but the hotel is in need of some updates. It is starting to look worn.

Our family arrived at 3pm for check in and were told that our room was not ready and that we would need to wait 30 minutes. Meanwhile, every other guest around us was being checked in promptly. After 30 minutes passed, we were asked to wait another 30 minutes!! This is unacceptable! We travel a lot and this is a first for me that a hotel could not honor their own check in time. When we were finally given our keys, we ended up arriving late for a family event we had traveled there for and nothing was ever offered as compensation. Not impressed at all with their front desk service.

Stayed during the Thanksgiving Holiday while visiting family and friends. Close to covered railroad tracks but not too disturbing. Very happy with Hotel and its staff. Breakfast buffet was great. Close to restaurants and mall like shopping.

Stayed only 1 night, mixing business with visiting family. Perfect affordable place except for the train that goes by periodically.
