Total disaster followed by attempted theft. We had booked and paid for three days for a family reunion, and had just driven 9 hours from Massachusetts. My wife and I arrived at midnight, and we're brusquely told they had no record booking for us and they had no rooms. No attempt to suggest anything else. (At least two other guests were in same situation). Hotels were busy and we ended up waking up family at 3 am and sleeping there, couch and floor. This was bad enough. But when I complained via Hotels.com and requested a refund, the hotel management presented it as a no show and we were only refunded the last two nights. I am still trying to get repaid. I am now also very disappointed by Hotels.com/Expedia who I spent an hour clearly explaining, but never wrote to me that the hotel refused the refund. I guess everyone just hopes we customers don't notice/give up and leave them with our money! Terrible way to run a series vice business. Beware on this hotels business practices!

The rooms were clean, but outdated. Still had carpet in them. There was barely any street parking which made us walk a good distance very late at night with our children.

This hotel is SO much better than the Western in Tyson's Corner. I stay here when I visit my daughter and her family.

Stayed as a family of 3 in a 2 Queen bedroom. The location in Tysons is great, it is clean, quiet, modern with adequate parking spaces. The room size is reasonable. There is adequate and good amenities including a coffee maker, refrigerator, a safety box. The cleanliness of the room was also good except that the bed sheet was wrinkled. The only concern I had was the lack of flexibility from the reception staff for requesting additional fee of $ 50 for 2-hour extension though I am Hilton member and usually other hotels would agree to extend the stay for 1-3 hours free if the room is available.

We stayed for 3 days over a weekend for the cherry blossoms in DC and visit family in VA, and loved how this hotel was basically the middle point for all the locations we were going to. And it was only a 3 minute drive over to the huge Tysons Corner mall. We checked in late on our first day, like at 11PM, and the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and very quiet. Good shower water pressure on the top floor (9th). Plenty of spaces in the parking garage, which is free with your hotel room key card. I highly recommend adding the breakfast package to your room - we did this via Expedia and saved lots of money. Not having to find a breakfast place outside made our mornings easier while traveling with a young toddler. The lobby, room, and breakfast cafe were all very quiet and clean. We def will consider Hilton before other options for our next vacations :)

The staffs were nice but the room where we stayed the ac is not working. We set the AC to 65 but the temperature kept going up from 75 to 77. The room was so hot and we have a baby with me that kept crying because it was unbearable hot. They move us to a different room around 11pm. It was just so hassle because we have to carry all the baby stuff, the carriage, and his baby pen. That made our stay super frustrating.

Everytime we drive with our kids from Massachusetts to Florida this is where we stop. We feel safe and the hotel is clean with great customer service.

The parking is horrible. We have a truck and had difficulty going into the parking garage it’s so arrow. We had to ask family to borrow their vehicle.
Refrigerator did not have a freezer as most hotel fridges do.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Tysons Corner. Service in particular was excellent. The woman at the front desk checked us in quickly and easily, took into our consideration our preferences for floor and whether we wanted to be near the elevator, noticed we had a young child with us, mentioned they had cribs we could use and sent it up without us having to call to confirm. A true pet friendly location, as well -- we brought our dogs around the hotel without issue. Our room was clean and cool. The bed was comfortable (the mattress may be a bit firm for some).
