The Westin Reston Heights

Quick family get away. Room was fairly clean and organized. Customer Service was good, our request were met. We only stayed one night so overall we had a good experience

The hotel was super comfy and close to my family. The beds were amazing, and they were really dog-friendly. The smell in the lobby was so good that I had to buy an air freshener to try to copy it. The place was spotless, and the service was great.

Mold in the freezer, used soap bars in the bathroom, kids screaming everywhere in the hotel

The stay was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable.My kids enjoyed the pool while i enjoyed the jacuzzi. There was hot cider in the lobby which was absolutely satisfying. My only issue was the air/heat. The room got really stuffy at night and the air would not stay on. I give my stay an 8/10.

We've stayed here few times since we have family that lives in the area, but I feel like the property wasn't as maintained as before(not as spotless as before, and room needs some updating). Also, I didn't like that now parking was not including and it costs $12 per day. The area around and gararge are very spacios were parking can be included. The outside entrace was a little dirty as well. Hopefully they take a better care of this hotel because it's located in a convenient area and the employees at the front desk are really friendly

I always enjoy my stays here at the Westin! It is a great getaway for my husband and I when we want some time alone AWAY from the kids lol!

Overall experience was a10 . The staff was really friendly, and accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for my family (Husband and 2 small children). Will definitely stay here again and refer others to the Westin.

Close to my family house

This is a very conveniently-located hotel for my business travel needs. I also used to live next door, so I've been there many times for happy hours and dinners, and to visit family staying there while in town. Lovely hotel, great staff, new menus, lots of parking, it's always a pleasant stay. But something seemed... different my last two trips. It's really minor stuff, wouldn't deter me from staying again, but I keep getting 'rate us!' emails so here we are. The blanket on the bed for my last couple stays barely qualifies as a blanket. It's very thin and offers little in the way of warmth. I'd swear the blankets used to be more substantial, but maybe throw an extra blanket in the closet? (I didn't ask the desk for one, I'm sure they would have provided it.) And the pillows are kinda tragic, but people are pretty specific with their pillow needs so I get that it's just more practical to provide a little flat thing. Again, these are very minor details; I get a decent night's sleep, it's very quiet, great area, nice people. I just travel enough to remember *great* stays, and my last two stays here were good stays.
