The hotel itself was very nice. Clean, quiet, and offers a very nice free breakfast. However, they were not at all accommodating when I needed to end my stay one day early, and hoped to get a refund just for that one day (after we had already stayed there 3 nights). They would not make any exceptions, even after I told them I had had a death in my family. Disappointed in their customer service, I guess.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Restaurants, fast food, pharmacies, shopping all within minutes. The room is furnished nicely. Only thing to note is that the bathroom had a barn-style door that does not lock. Keep that in mind when sharing a room. We were a family with teen kids who didn't appreciate mom and dad being able to open the door. We would stay here again.

The people in the next room had a toddler that screamed until 3am. Since I had to get up at 7 it made no sense to complain and to change rooms.

The facility and accommodations were what you would expect. The customer service was not great as few staff made eye contact or only seemed to acknowledge us as guests if we were being corrected. We are a pretty tidy and friendly family, so it was abnormally unfriendly customer service.

We will never stat in Sprinhill Suites again. The noise was off the charts. People partying until late, a toddler in the room above who stomped and ran ALL NIGHT LONG. Walls and ceilings so thin everything shook. It was the worst hotel stay, just behind two others, a room with vomit on the wall and a place where we were robbed. Totally bad hotel due to noise. If you cannot sleep then why stay? Terrible all the way around.

The hotel was good, clean, staff friendly, however, there were lots of girls (kids) running around the hallways, jumping on their rooms above us until late at night. We stopped at the hotel to rest because we had to get back to the highway at 4 AM in the morning but could not sleep until 1 AM.
