This hotel is officially my fav. Front desk employees and housekeeping are so polite and accommodating. My kids and I really enjoyed our stay. Will be our go to from here on our. A++++ on every level

There were noisy teenagers in the hallway, the bed was really hard, and the pillows were thin. These three things made the stay less than desirable for my family.

Had a wonderful stay with the family (two small kids). The hotel is modern and clean, quiet inside (appreciated the quiet hours). The parking is lot is shared with another hotel and fills up quickly. The front desk staff (Eric) was very helpful and full of information. Will definitely be back as this hotel is close to UVA and other various shops

The hotel OK in terms of cleanliness. We did not have enough soap and hand lotion, shampoo in our room. My wife and did not have any pillows as our 2 children had the pillows on the bed. The sofa bed did not have enough bedsheets for. There was no blanket for the sofa bed. We had to use our children bedsheet for blanket. The breakfast was also poor. The scrambled egg was not good. Poor food selection.

The property itself would have been ok, except for the fact that we specifically reserved as one-bedroom suite on the Orbitz website, only to learn at check-in that there are no one-bedroom suites at this property - only studio suites. This resulted in a very frustrating stay for my family, making it very difficult for my young children to fall asleep and very difficult for my husband and I to enjoy any time in the evenings, since we basically had to sit in a dark hotel room, unable to turn on the lights, watch TV, or even have a conversation without possibly waking up the kids. Neither Orbitz nor the hotel representatives will take any responsibility for falsely advertising a studio suite as a one-bedroom suite, and we have been unable to get any resolution.
