Customer Service was awful! Called a week before for a late check out, spoke to the manager. She said 12 and if we needed to even stay in the lobby until out boys baseball fane at 3 we could and she would hold our luggage even if we wanted to go for lunch. The night we checked in I again checked with the young boy at the desk and he said it was marked late check out. The next morning at 10:30 not even 11 I walked out of the shower in a towel to a man in my room removing bed sheets. I asked what he was doing and he said we thought you checked out! He left and 10 minutes later the housekeeper knocked on the door said oh I thought this room was vacant! Finally the lady at the front desk came up knocked and said we have to be out by 11. I told her we had a late check out for 12 and she said we did not and had to leave. I told her it was put in by the manager a week ago and the boy last evening said it was marked and confirmed it. She said it was not marked and asked how soon we can be out of the room. I told her I wasn't leaving until 12. On our way out of the hotel at 11:45 two ladies behind the desk in the side room where talking. The one said I don’t care if they F- - -ing fire me I will have a long weekend and have a new job by Monday. And there were kids in the lobby! Totally unacceptable!

The kids really enjoyed the pool, and I enjoyed the hot tub. The hotel was little outdated, and the room had a little odor. But the price was really good.

Pool was fun for kids, spa pool did not heat. Breakfast was good enough. 2 queen bed room was very roomy with a little sofa area as well.

Jamie was so helpful; even tho the hotel was nearly full, she put all 3 of our family rooms together.

If you have a family of 5, then this is the place for you. Room was actually decent size. 2 Queen beds and a Sleeper Sofa (Twin). Hot breakfast, 2 kinds of waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, juice, fresh fruit, muffins, english muffins, etc. Front desk was always attentive, helpful, and professional. Pool was open. Fitness center only had cardio machines exercise bike, treadmill, and eliptical.

I always love staying here but this night I got the hotel room for my parents and my grandmother, who is 99, and suffering from dementia. My grandmother had an episode and wouldn't take her medicine and claiming that my mother kidnapped her. The staff dropped what they were doing and talked to my grandmother. One lady was busy cleaning rooms and when my grandmother started talking to her she stopped what she was doing. She even walked with her to the breakfast room and calmly just talked. My mother wanted to cry in Thanksgiving. The manager even came down and helped calm her down. After the talk. My mom was able to pack the room and get my happy grandmother into the car. I just cannot say enough. I cannot think of any place where people would stop their busy lives like the staff did. I am so thankful. My mom tells everyone about how the staff saved the day. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR GOING WAY BEYOND YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION AND JUST BEING KIND!!!! From the manger, to the cleaning crew, to the breakfast staff, to the young man at the desk- THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU!!!

Our stay was wonderful. The staff was friendly and room had plenty of room for my family. We will definitely stay again.

When I walked in to my room there was a terrible smell that would bother me and my family

The front desk gal and the gal who was working the breakfast were great. The Christmas decorations made my children so happy when we walked in after a long day of driving. The breakfast had a lot of options and the room was spacious.

Beds were pretty comfortable . Pics of pool weren’t the same as in person but everything worked hot tub and pool and it was fine kids had fun , hotel room was clean and decent Don the front desks who seems like works midnights he is energetic and great personality . Very hard worker and enjoys and takes pride in his work .
