A great stay with family! Super easy to Uber downtown. We loved the free breakfast! Shout out to Maddie who answered all of my question. We also enjoyed the Windjammer.

They had very nice rooms and the only complaint at all is they have one elevator for this entire enormous building so the hallways are incredibly long . Not sure how someone with a handicap gets around tbh , the hallways are long !!!! They serve milk & cookies every night ; which is amazing, but some guests take like 5,6,7 baggies of 2 for themselves ( really rude and I watched them do this ) when I inquired as to whether there were more or not ( my own kids hadn’t made it down yet to the lobby ) the young front desk clerk was kinda rude about the exchange. She was the only one who treated me as tho I wasn’t welcome tbh ; all the rest of the front desk staff were amazing

Our stay was great. Very friendly atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor pools were well kept. The warm cookies and milk at night where a great touch for the kids.

We really enjoyed our stay. Front desk people really friendly and helpful and LOVE THE 8PM COOKIES. Would love it if there were access to the pool earlier than 7am. Some of us are early risers and would love to get there before the kids do....=)

The location was great! It was clean. The condition was dated the beds were doubles not queens which is hard when you are sharing with kids. We loved being able to bring our dogs. Overall it was a nice stay for a few days.

Building could use updating. Rooms were just okay. Breakfast was great. Lots of room to sit and eat as a family of 5.
