Comfort Suites St George - University Area

Overall this hotel was great! The person at the front desk was very helpful! The rooms were clean and very spacious. There pool was a little cold and small but great for those hot summer days. There is breakfast everyday that includes sausage, scrambled eggs, yogurt, muffins, cereal, make your own waffles, etc. The only downfall is other than sausage, eggs and yogurt they had zero options for those who are gluten free. Being someone who is allergic to eggs and can’t have anything with milk or gluten in it either, really made eating breakfast difficult. Luckily I brought protein shakes to drink which helped. So very disappointed with the breakfast options for those with food allergies but my family loved their breakfast!

We had a friendly greeting when we arrived to check in. The hotel was immaculately clean. A nice water station up front with iced lemon water, coffee and tea. Our room was very clean and comfy. The hotel is a great location and very quiet. Breakfast was good we made waffles which my kids love. Again everything was very clean and replenished. The staff was nice. We enjoyed the pool. Only complaint is the long lounge chairs had no cushions just hard wood. But other seats were available to sit in. Pool was warm. We will definitely stay again!

We stayed a week. The free hot breakfast was great, as was the pool for the kids to play in. Location was walkable to some good food restaurants and downtown.

Close to airport, but don’t stay here if you’re depending on the airport shuttle. Waited 45 min to be picked up on arrival and departure was worse. Apparently the shuttle is shared with a sister property, so if it fills up there first then this hotel gets bypassed. My family, as well as multiple other families ended up having to call Ubers in order to not miss flights after waiting an hour.

The mattresses were amazing and I liked having a sheet to cover over the comforter giving peace of mind that others that sat on the bed etc were not sitting on the comforter. Loved the showers instead of tubs. Only negative was the rooms need a full length mirror. We really enjoyed our stay. We didn't use it but the arrangment of the couch with the pull out bed will work great for our kids when we visit again.

We had booked 2 rooms at this hotel 3 weeks before a planned family trip. We booked the hotel and paid in advance with no refund option. The night of our stay I called ahead to let the hotel know that we were still traveling and would be late but were still planning on staying at the hotel overnight. The hotel told me that my reservation had been cancelled earlier that day which I had most definitely not done. I asked who had cancelled my reservation and they initially said that either I or my wife had cancelled the reservation. That was a lie. They then proceeded to tell me it was the 3rd party booking site that cancelled my reservation. That was also a lie. They made a mistake and gave away my two rooms and had no availability for me and my family when we had already prepaid for our hotel weeks earlier and the payment was nonrefundable. The hotel wasn't even willing to give me my money back but told me to contact the 3rd party booking site to work it out. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE. We were unable to stay at this hotel that we had booked and all the hotels in the area were full and we ended up having to stay in a hotel an additional hours drive away for the evening. Worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Plenty of sleeping space for our family of 6. Front desk check-in and checkout was prompt.

My family and I spent 4 nights at the Comfort Suites in St. George. I highly recommend this hotel- from the check-in to the housekeeping service to daily breakfast, this hotel did a wonderful job! The room was so very spacious and quiet. We had a fabulous time staying here while visiting Zion National Park and the area- you will have a great visit here!

Very comfortable room, good breakfast, clean and pretty quiet, except for the room next door was pretty noisy, but we kinda liked it...because it was our grandkids! And the grandkids loved the pool!

Stayed 4 nights with the family. Very nice.
