Everything was great except they need a better/bigger fridge! If traveling with kids and formula this would not work, you would have no room for food drinks and formula in these tiny fridges.

Overall it was pretty good. It was very clean, especially in the common and public areas. The room was very clean too. Some of the furniture was looking a bit dated and worn but still did the job just fine. Breakfast was good. The usual stuff including eggs, sausage, and bacon. Well, not so much bacon. The container was empty the whole 45 minutes we were there, both mornings. Most things were not stocked well for breakfast. Hot chocolate machine was broken. They have two waffle makers, cereal, yogurt, etc. Just don't expect it all to be stocked well. The walls are paper thin so take ear plugs (I always do). My kids can't wear them so they had a hard time falling asleep. The beds were pretty firm so we all woke up a little sore (this is obviously a personal preference thing). The shower squealed loudly the whole time it was on. But it felt like they have soft water which was really nice. The pool was great and they have two hot tubs. Take your own towel though because they didn't stock them very well and they're tiny towels. Most of these items aren't a big deal for us and are things you get with budget hotels. But for budget hotels this one wasn't bad. I'd consider it again if my other options aren't available.

The toilet was broken and would not flush at all. The water ran in it all night. This has been a problem for a while because my husband noticed the water on the toilet had been turned down so it didn’t have to be heard running all night I’m guessing. I’m stumped that the cleaning team hasn’t seen this issue because the toilet can’t be cleaned when the toilet WON’T flush. It was too late to move my children to a new room so we dealt with it for the one night we were there. There was dirty used bandaids left in the bathroom from someone previous to us. Either the neighbors to us or people down the hall decided that yelling and slamming the doors closed until 2am was a blast. Probably my fault for not seeing it if it was listed in the property details, but the hotel is located across the street from a gas station and the room didn’t have blackout curtains so our room was lit up all night from the lights. When we left in the morning and I went to the desk to check out the girl at the desk had her airbud in her ear and paused her phone conversation she was having to look at me. I let her know the issues about the toilet not working at all and her response was “ok no problem” clearly too tired and longing to leave I didn’t have the energy to deal with it. We paid the night stay but don’t recommend staying here and plan to stay somewhere else when we pass through next time.

We usually stay at a Marriott or similar but the price was right with this hotel this weekend. Hotel was clean and room was fairly spacious. Great location. Downsides: Loud: we were on the 2nd floor and could hear the people above us kids jumping and running early in the morning, and through the day and early evening. We could also hear cars going by. The smell of the chemical cleaners they used was incredibly strong and burned my chest and throat every time we went down to the lobby. It was fine when we were in our room though. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable. Every time my husband turned, i felt it. Bathroom was a little small, breakfast was ok. It’s not bad but we likely won’t stay there again.

Rooms are spacious but old. Bathroom is tiny and old bed was uncomfortable. Listened to screaming kids st the pool until just after 10 pm. Kids running up and down hallways after that. Breakfast was the exact same thing all 4 days of our stay with a breakfast room too small to accommodate all the guests

Pleasant surprise. My son and I shared a room while on a birding trip and found the hotel and room to be clean, the room was simple but spacious with comfortable mattress. Breakfast was just fine with plenty of room to sit down. Staff was very competent and friendly. And at least when we stayed there, price was very reasonable. (Bonus tip: Irmita's Casita mexican restaurant close by and very, very good food, family-owned and staffed, very friendly. Will never go to St. George again and not eat there at least once ....)

Excellent hotel in the 2.5 star rating category. Clean, comfortable, up to date. Hot free breakfast was better than expected, offering eggs and waffles. Great for a night passing through town. 24hr check-in. Would stay again. Walking distance to convention center, and nice family park with a paved multi use trail that connects to miles of hiking, running, biking, or scooter use. Safe area. Great value stay!

Horrible customer service! We were told we could check in at 1pm and once we got there they said never mind you can’t check in until 3pm. When trying to checkout we waited for almost 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk and help us. We also tried to cancel 1 of our nights (with plenty of notice) because of a family emergency and they would not let us. Just very rude people and not the best way to run a business in my opinion.
