Location, room, patio, mountain & river view were all fantastic! We were especially surprised at how comfortable the pull out couch bed was. At the time of our booking no double queen rooms were available. As a family of four, we were prepared to suffer a pull-out bed. However, it was shockingly comfortable... no suffering at all! And, the pool & jacuzzi w/ mountain views was arguably the highlight of our trip.

We had a room with a patio overlooking the river and mountains. The room was spotless and large enough for a family of five. The patio was so peaceful to sit after our hikes at Zion where we could listen to the water and watch the wildlife. A really special place, I highly recommend desert pearl inn.

Fantastic location right in Springdale easily accessible to the Zion, but also to shops and restaurants. Room was clean, comfortable, great beds and pillows, roomy for 4 adults (all family), really appreciated the mini-kitchenette facilities (sink, real dishes, dishwasher, bigger than typical hotel fridge, microwave, small actually coffee pot instead of the single cup hotel room option). Front desk was extremely helpful always and polite and professional.

This was a great hotel - Spacious, clean and close to the park. The pullout couch was actually comfortable which was great (much nicer than some of the other pullouts we came across on this trip). The fridge, microwave and toaster oven and dining area were really useful for easy, early morning breakfasts.
The only real downside is that we had a ground floor room and we could hear the guests upstairs moving around quite a bit. I’m not sure if they were extra heavy footed or if it was just the structure of the hotel. For a family of four it felt like we needed more place to hang clothes/jackets that needed to dry out. It rained a little during our visit so we had to drape over chairs etc. Hooks in the entryway would be great! If there are just two of you, it’s fine.

Great spacious room for the family. Didn’t realize it would have such a great kitchen. The patio walks out to the river and the location in center of town was really convenient.

We loved our stay at the Desert Pearl Inn. Our family of 5 was very comfortable in the river view room. We can’t wait to go back!

First off, Zion is amazing. This was a spring break trip and we stayed here with our family of 5. There was a mini fridge, lovely decor, comfy pullout bed, mini-dishwasher with dishes and towels ready for the pool. Of all of the (4 hotels) we stayed at during our SW loop, this was our favorite -- Kids loved the hot tub. We loved the set-up, clean decor, architecture that made the units feel private, and the crystal soap! Our only regret is not buying soap from the front desk as a gift.

The ideal location for a visit to Zion. Dinner is a short walk away and the park is a quick drive up the street. We had no issues getting into the park, but left each day by 9:00. If you left around 10:00 it could be dicey.
The rooms are spacious and designed to eat some meals in the room. We went to the market for breakfast supplies and got takeout one night from the Outpost. My family of five stayed in adjacent rooms. Our kids stayed in one room, and we would simply visit each other's room walking across our porch (first floor). The big plus is onsite laundry facility. We needed it after getting wet on our canyoneering outing.
We would definitely stay at the Desert Pearl again. Our other choice was Cabel Mountain Lodge which would have made getting in the park easier but was further from dinner.
