We had a great time, and the kids enjoyed the rides and activities at the Snowbird Center. The hiking and tram ride to Hidden Peak at 11,000 ft was breathtaking! Fantastic property with friendly staff and excellent service. Five stars!

Location was good. Close to Peruvian lift and tram. Walk out and ski/ride down to the lifts and tram. Far from gad lifts. Once you get to the gad area, you have to take a long traverse to get back that isn’t very easy to follow. It’s kind of difficult to navigate at first. Food options are lagging. They have a restaurant called seventy one that is open all day. Very average with sub par service. I found sitting in the lounge area is where you get the best service. The Aerie is a fine dining restaurant on the top floor. Only open for dinner. Service is slow but food is pretty good. I did not try the atrium but that one is available too in the morning. The spa is ok, very average nothing special. Lots of families and kids running around.

We stayed at the Cliff Lodge over the 4th of July weekend and found good and bad. We've been to the resort several times, so for the most part, knew what to expect. Good: This is a great resort with lots of activities for families & several different restaurants. Highly recommend the all-day activities pass & taking the tram ride. There's a cafeteria-style restaurant on top, great hiking, and amazing views. It's easy to get to this resort from the Salt Lake valley and a welcome break from the summer heat. The rooms aren't large, but they're big enough, nice & clean, and have amazing views. Service everywhere was very friendly - the people who work at this resort are all very nice and accommodating. Bad: Restaurants up here are expensive and there were issues with under-staffing, particularly at the more casual, less expensive spots. Our TV remote was not working - I called down to report this our first night & it was never fixed, so someone had to stand next to the TV to change channels, adjust the volume, etc. We ordered room service one morning and it was not great and very expensive. I would recommend instead eating at the Forklift. There is a bakery / coffee shop in the hotel, but we never tried it, so I can't give it a review. If you don't valet, the parking lot is quite a distance from the hotel main entrance. I would recommend the valet next time. All in all, it was a nice stay and I think we'll likely return.
