Great location and dining options. We liked the room and facilities. Accidentally got wrong room number on the card but was corrected and no problem checking in . Breakfast is good. Pool closes early so we couldn't use it the first night and it was closed in the morning for maintenance till 10am with a 11 am check out time. Front desk let us stay till 12 and extended our check out time 1 hr so kids could enjoy the pool and we gad enough time. Front desk was very nice and helpful.

Our stay was great. Beds were comfy and the staff was all great. The gentleman that manned the breakfast was the sweetest and helped me kids make their waffles. He also went out of his way to make sure i had ice for my water bottle.

We came down for a concert. Was close to Usana so that was nice also there is so many food options to choose from withing walking distance as well. It does not have a hot tub, they tiled over it for some reason. The pool is cold but the kids enjoyed it.

Is my first time traveling to Utah and first time stay in this hotel. After driving for ten hrs. it was a great experience get to this place. The personal was very friendly, the room was very clean and quiet. My family and I absolutely recommended this place.

It was excellent. Worker were very happy and friendly. I would stay again for sure. I had a family emergency and had to leave early that morning , I wanted to relax and enjoy my time there longer.

We were called Thursday so see if we couod change our room due to not having enough of that type. No biggie. When we arrived Friday we called down and asked for a couple extra blankets and pillows. They daid they'd have to call the manger. Odd, but we got what we needed. Saturday my family went down to breakfast, I went to meet them and couldn't find them. They were stuck in the elevator. Luckiky my husband took his phone as the emergency call button didn't work, no front desk line, so he called the 800 number/reservations and they transferred him. The gal had no sense of urgency and told him, yeah, thats been happening and when he said he'd talk to the manager about it, she said, oh he knows. Do better.

The pool is indoor and Ice cold, picked the hotel for the kids to swim and play, they lasted less than 10 minutes. There is no hot tub as it been taken out and sealed up. The room where nice, staff did good but when you pay 150 night for a pool thats ice cold, you can find other rooms for a cheaper price with the same amenities.
