Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites Midvalley

We stayed 3 nights for a family reunion- it was very convenient and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Nice, clean room. Good size. Nice, hot breakfast served daily. Pool and hot tub are clean and family friendly. Overall good amenities. Recommend.

We went to Utah for a wedding as a family and had three rooms on floor 3. Check in was ok. The woman at the counter barely spoke above a whisper so I had a hard time communicating with her. The lobby is well kept and well decorated. There is an area where you can buy sunrises and snacks, which was good because two people forgot toothbrushes and the wedding spread was not good so we appreciated the option to get a snack after. There is only 1 elevator, and it was very slow and cramped, so we took the stairs. The hot tub and pool were closed which was disappointing. I had picked this hotel partially for the hot tub. I would say the rooms were above average for cleanliness and maintenance. The AC worked well and the room was well stocked. There was someone in the room above ours with a lot of children jumping and making a ton of noise from 10pm to midnight. The ceiling did not muffle the noises at all, and it made the room shake a little. I could hear other rooms’ toilets and doors. I thought the bed was comfortable and I prefer a medium firm bed. Other family members mentioned they were not comfortable, especially the pillows. Breakfast was a nice hot buffet. They had a good variety of proteins and carbs and fruit and juices; however the coffee machine didn’t work. I wouldn’t called it “excellent” that rating was a little deceptive, but it was above your average interstate quick stop hotel.

Nice place to stay with kids.

It was a nice place to stay. Had fridge and microwave a plus. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. Would stay again.

The room was clean and the breakfast options were great. My kids (12 and 15) were impressed by the room and want to stay here again someday.

This is my fifth stay at this hotel. They always treat us with so much respect. This last stay was particularly heartbreaking due to the circumstance of my family. They were so kind to us. Highly r recommend.

My family and I always loved staying at this Crystal Inn for many years now but this time it was a real disappointment the windows were dirty, no shampoo or soap in the room, and no do not disturb sign for the door. Will not be coming back

I liked the cleanliness very much, it was very close to the highway but we slept like babies. Special shout-out to the breakfast lady, everything was clean and nicely presented. She checked the buffett several times while we were there.
