This place was great. It is in the heart of the city, the kids loved the pool and huge hot tub, and the breakfast was fantastic!

Overall I found the front desk staff extremely helpful and very friendly. Although each time I went to get items such as hot water, napkins or coffee from the main floor things were not stocked and I had to go ask to have them replaced so that my family could have things like hot chocolate, napkins, towels and other simple things. I was also. Not aware of the extra charges that I would need to pay upon checking in along with the $20/day parking fee. I did have to call the front desk as well since housekeeping had forgotten our room which all I had them do was empty garbages but little things like that were a bit disappointing. Next time I would not book through hotels.com as I accidentally booked a 2 day trip instead of a 1 night trip which I should have been better at double checking but with little kids and Christmas and new years I must have clicked an extra date and I was told it could be fixed but then was passed back and forth from the hotel and hotels.com then to be told they possibly could fix it in 72 hours so I could take my chances on checking out early or staying the extra night I had already paid for. Needless to say we had to head home for work and school and I have yet to hear anything or receive the email that hotels.com said I will be receiving in the next 72 hours. So be careful if it says fully refundable because it may not be completely accurate and reach out for the actually hotel for any extra fees possibly included since they can quickly add up.

The Hotel was downtown and it was located in a very convenient place in the city especially to walk around the town. The hotel was average on cleanliness, the hotel staff wasn't very personable, but the kids loved the indoor pool. The parking garage was
convenient but didn't have anywhere near enough spaces for 12 floors. The office clerk didn't explain how or where to park, there was a $20 fee for parking and the facility allowed homeless people to camp/pee in the parking garage. It made our family a little uneasy to walk past an encampment with a screaming homeless man. Overall it was an average stay.

This property was super clean, the pool and sauna and hot tub area was very nice, clean and my kids had a blast! The breakfast they offered was great!!
My only two complaints is the elevators are always packed and your waiting a good time to use them. Also we had to pay for parking and was not able to find a parking spot inside the parking garage or the side of the building?
We book every year around this time. Unfortunately I am not sure we will choose this hotel. Its been great and I recommend it. But the parking situation as well as the elevator wait and climbing stairs to room 11 made a cardio weekend.

I’ve stayed at this property a few times but was extremely disappointed when I have 3 kids with me and the alarm goes off not once but twice at 1:45 in the morning and scares my kids. They say it was a false alarm. Just really frustrated.

We stay downtown every year and walk to the Temple Square lights, City Creek, and Gateway. The location of this hotel was ideal for us!The hotel was well-kept, and the pool was definitely a highlight for our family. The pool was warm, and there is also a spacious hot tub. The pool hours were reasonable, but we wish the pool were open a little later. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had a gorgeous city view. The only downside was the ornery neighbor next door. She screamed at my kids for being too loud and complained about violating quiet hours when it was only 8:45 at night. I was slightly annoyed because the front desk called and told us we were in violation of quiet hours at this time, but the signs throughout the building clearly indicated that quiet hour was from 10 p.m. - 6 a.m. Aside from that Grinch, our stay was enjoyable. The front desk offered complimentary plates when our Doordash arrive, and they were very courteous and informative during check-in.

When we 1st arrived I was greeted so quickly, they were very nice and asked what brought us to town! Also the parking was very convenient and easy! Our room was spotless, comfortable, and was also very large it had tons of room! Breakfast is offered in the mornings and has quite a variety! The view of the city is so pretty at night! I would definitely recommend this hotel and will most likely be back on our next trip as we travel there a lot to bring my son to the children's hospital!

Best breakfast offerings ever! Especially the cinnamon rolls. Did not get to sleep until after 1am the first night, due to unsupervised children next door opening and closing their room door over 20 times. Very loud!
