This hotel really disappointed me. I must say it’s probably one of the more affordable options around Bryce Canyon, but I just want to give an honest account of our stay. When we checked in at 3:30pm, the lobby had a very pungent smell, and it was there all 3 days. There was no one manning the desk but there was a child and woman back there who had to call who I’m assuming is their husband to come and check us in. That took about 5 mins of standing around waiting. When we got to our room, it had a sticky substance all over our headboard, which I first noticed when my head leaned on it… gross. I imagine it was un-wiped cleaning product, but still, disgusting. There was also a sticky spot on the carpet, which was nasty stepping on with a bare feet or socks.
My biggest complaint though is that they advertise they have free wifi, and I am not exaggerating when I say this is the worst wifi I’ve ever experienced. It couldn’t even load the google homepage in under 3 minutes. Why advertise you have wifi if it doesn’t work? The entire 3 days, morning, noon, and night, the wifi acted like this. Looking at other reviews, this wasn’t a new problem. And lastly, the breakfast was fine, but the coffee was so watery. Im not even a coffee snob, but this stuff was see through even after you add cream or milk. So cloudy, barely any grinds. I imagine they’re re-using grinds because that’s what it looked and tasted like.
Overall, I would not recommend someone stay here, and I won’t be returnin

Would maybe stay here again if in the area, as the area (and hotel) was quiet (it's in a semi-remote area a few miles out side of Panguich). This appears to be an older hotel that has been updated a little, but still shows signs of its age and condition. For the price I won't complain too much -- free breakfast, and it's convenient from Bryce Canyon and Dixieland National Forest. I would say this is OK for a couple, friends, or solo travel, but probably not for families.

Thin walls so did not sleep well with screaming children and running back and forth. Checked out early did not stay the second night.

When I arrived at this property, I was appalled and couldn't believe I had booked us into this property; we're on a long trip and I made a lot of reservations. The outside of the property isn't good, and it's not close to anything. It's old and the outside needs work.
But, the check-in went very well and the lobby was clean. It took a glass or two of wine to warm me up to the room, but I did. It's immaculate. The outside may look run-down, but the inside of the rooms are well-kept and somewhat updated. This is an older property. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast area is very nice and every effort is made to keep it clean. I think this is a family-run business, and the grandparents do the breakfast. The offerings are typical of complimentary breakfasts; nothing special but not too bad.
It's very quiet, we slept well for the 2 nights we were there, so all was good. There are not a lot of properties close to Bryce Canyon so everything is expensive, and we didn't book really far in advance. So, this place was OK.

This hotel is dated, but it is fine for a couple nights stay. It's right off the highway, but no food is close by. You can drive 8-10 miles to Paguitch, which has a nice pizza parlour and local diner, Kenny ray's which has awesome pie.
The breakfast buffet is gine and their staff is friendly, again, gets the job done...easy access to Red Rock Canyon and Bryce.
There is also a prairie dog town out front right near the highway which is fun for kids.
