Great place to stay. Front desk and all the stuff are ready to help/ assist with a great smile on their face . Premisses and the room was clean. They have a great place to store your outdoor activity products- I could even charge my e-bike. Breakfast is the area where can improve - no vegetarian milk, no hot oat, no boiled egg, no joghurt for the kids- but the food what is there is good and the area is clean/ well staffed

Great stay for our overnight with 2 young kids passing through Moab. Loved how clean it was and that there wasn't an additional pet fee. Will stay here again.

Clean and comfortable! Just what our family needed for a quick overnight stay near Arches NP. Wish we had time to play in heated outdoor pool. Really appreciate their service helping us with a booking glitch!

Hotel was great. It was pet friendly, so there were a lot of dogs! Which was fine other than when people brought them to breakfast Only disappoint~ booked because it has a pool, and found out when we got there the pool was still closed for the season. Very upset daughter, so which it would have said seasonal next to pool. Otherwise it was an amazing place to stay! Very clean and kids loved it.

I liked the modern look of the property and the room itself, and overflow parking near my end of building. Price was better than other places I checked and it's pet friendly which I will note for future travel. Check-in was great, they let us switch rooms when a crying baby was heard next door to our first room. Cons: I thought the barn door for the bathroom was noisy so I had to move it very slow to keep from waking my nephew. The breakfast was below avg for choices, could have used more hot choices, e.g. potatoes, biscuits & gravy, bacon. All they had was eggs, sausage, waffles you cook and instant oatmeal (the overly sweet stuff.) Fruit choices were apples and oranges. Don't like apples, and oranges are messy when traveling, bananas would be better. Send your staff to the Governors Inn in Santa Fe if you need to see what a great breakfast looks like (pre-Covid anyway.) For cleanliness, saw socks in hallway and stairs that were still there the next morning. Don't staff walk the halls at all? Also found a bobby pin stuck to the carpet in my room that the vacuum cleaner didn't suck up, I left it on the nightstand for them.
