This is a great place to stay in Moab when everything is working. On the first full day of our stay, the pool was closed, and the TV was not working. We had to ask several times before it was fixed. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very clean, food is good, pool has a nice view, rooms are clean and they have entertainment for kids and a gym.

Our family loved this facility. Beautiful views and clean rooms. The breakfast was great for being continental.

The property is beautiful as well as the accommodation. We stayed 2 nights. Both nights, after hiking, we wanted to enjoy the pool. The first night, a group were playing loud music which made conversation hard. The second night, 2 grown men with 4 children were having “pool noddle” wars with each other which lasted hours. We tried to “wait them out” but they showed no signs of leaving. Other quests opted to simply not get in the pool. One couple came down. With a cooler and turned around and went back into the hotel. To us it seemed the employees were ushering people into the pool area for some fun. This didn’t bother us but the rough housing did. Very disappointing.

My family enjoyed our stay very much! The staff were all kind, friendly, and efficient. The room and hallways were incredibly clean. The pool area was our favorite-- it was clean with lovely views and landscaping. The hot tub was a great size too-- it's nice to not feel like you're on top of strangers! Breakfast was perfect for fueling up for a day of hiking. It was nice to be just outside of the hustle of Moab but also super close.

Love clean room, close to pool for my kids, easy check in, the only thing we didn’t enjoy that much was the breakfast people jumping into the line, tasting food with fingers, no space where to put the cacerole’s or pot’s tops and is messy , people just don’t respect the food area, Pool area was really nice, after hiking all day believe me we wanted to jump into the jacuzzi but it was broken, but things happen it was ok, we are coming back every single time we come back to the arches

Great location, still fairly new, and the staff did a nice job overall. A bit noisy with thin walls and lots of kids, and a few details like breakfast and coffee(!) could use upgrading. But overall we had a nice stay.

Wonderful for our family with small children. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Breakfast was convenient and easy, though it gets busy after 8am! One day we got there right when it started and hardly anyone was there.

My only feedback to the property is, soft-closing room doors. We had people running up and down the halls, opening and slamming doors until 1 -2 am. I understand not everyone is in “small family mode” but slamming doors could be fixed I think.
