Allowing us to use the dining area for a small family get together was very helpful and made our trip more enjoyable.

Our room had a water leak and was even into the carpet. We complained the first day, they sent a maid with towels, did not get us another room that was dry. I'm handycaped and the dangers of falling was horrible. They told us they would discount our room, they offered us 40$, seriously, two days of horrible conditions, no refund so we so we could go elsewhere. It truly ruined a beautiful weekend with family, never again.

Good place to stay, although we were disappointed the hot tub was out of order during our stay – that's half the fun when we're swimming with our kids.

I didnt like that when I selected a Standard room to have 2 queen beds, and I got 1 bed with a pullout couch as the 2nd. A pullout couch should never be considered a bed. I also checked a pet friendly hotel. I assumed the price listed included having a pet. I was shocked and disappointed that I had to pay additional fees for each night. Also, the kids went down to breakfast at 9:30 only to find out that almost all of the food was gone and they were told that they wouldnt be putting any more food out. if you serve breakfast until 10...bring the damn food out

Our family had an excursion to Heber City to visit the Midway Crater, and this hotel was perfect for our group. We booked two rooms, and the hotel was able to accommodate our request to have them connecting. The breakfast buffet was perfect, as we were up and ready to eat fairly early each morning so we could get on with our day. My 7-year-old really enjoyed the pancake machine, but the cinnamon buns and hot chocolate were my favorite. The pool was very cold, but the hot tub made up for it.

The room was very cold when we came in , had to turn on heater which took awhile. The pool area was nice .I loved the hot tub and our kids loved the pool,I thought the pool was a bit dirty however.
