We waited half hour after check in time before the room was ready. After a 4 hour drive we had tired kids and needed to lay them down for a nap before heading to family plans in the area that evening. When we asked why the room wasnt ready and the response was very uncaring "Its barley 3pm"

We did not end up staying at this hotel. We pulled up and it was nothing like we expected. It was shabby and looks like it was not going to be clean or safe. The pool was dirty and our kids did not even want to get in it. The front desk person was nice, but we did have a little trouble checking in. We had asked for a joining rooms but that did not happen and the rooms themselves looked ok, but did not smell clean. The whole environment did not feel like a safe place so we got reservations at another hotel in Cedar city. Won’t even consider this one again.

Ramada was aging and very rundown. Upon arrival, our room had a broom left in the bathroom and child handprints all over the door mirror. Sidewalks were uneven & unsafe. The worst of it was that we, 2 mature women, were offered a prepaid room on the 2nd floor without elevator. I was on chat with virtual agent when front desk came up with a suitable alternative in 1st floor(kudos to desk staff for making that happen). The restaurant was less than mediocre.

I hate writing negative reviews but hope this helps a family avoid our experience. We had mold in our bathroom, there was a huge moist spot on the floor of our room that never dried, the hot tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a VERY long time (light yellow green), trash left in our room, the swimming pool was frigid and the pool handle came off in my son’s hands. Bummer because the pool and breakfast (not great) was the one of the reasons we choose to stay here. Staff was very friendly and we chose to laugh at all the crazy but would deter anyone from staying here. Hotel has potential but needs a lot of work.

Great place. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good and the attendant Josh went above and beyond in multiple ways. He was very attentive, and jumped right up to help a family that had a spill. He also went above and beyond with my daughter he invites her to get something out of a prize box which made her day. The front desk was super helpful I had a few items I needed and Becky was right on top of it. They also have some great bonus amenities the pool is a nice pool much nicer than most hotel pools I’ve seen. They also have a gas grill available for use in the pool area. I wish we would have known that ahead of time and we would have used it. Over all very impressive and I would absolutely stay here again.

Was a pleasant stay. Pillows were small and not very comfortable. Staff were the highlite, very friendly. Mexican restaurant has an extensive menu. Didn’t use the pool but the kids in it loved them Jed like they were having a blast :)

The Place is a solid 6. By this I rate high on service and staff, but they miss the mark on jus the general condition of the room. I have no idea how they keep these rooms heated in the winter as with the door locked and bolted, the sunlight coming was astonishing. The only other, but related issue was because of the gap in the doorway, the outside noise coming in we loud. I'd stay here again if it was just me, but I won't bring my family back until the upgrade the rooms.

On Internet we got the family sweet! When we got to the hotel they give us something different! They didn’t have the room available anymore. Sad

First room had a used, chewed diaper under the bed and smelled of fecal matter. Once the room was changed there was a partially eaten burrito under the desk. Staff was very gracious and tried to salvage the situation, however I was tracking with 3 small children so to say the situation was unacceptable is an understatement.

We only needed it for one night. It was fine and allowed pets which is what we needed, but this was definitely a two star hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a good, typical continental breakfast. The pool was heated, which our kids loved. The rooms are fine if you’re just looking for a place to sleep and don’t care about it being fancy.
