I will not stay at this property again. I prepaid for a double queen suite and when I arrived, they had given my room away to another family. This was prepaid a month before I arrived. If a family decides to stay another night then you should move them to a room not give away another room that is prepaid by someone else. My family slept on roll-away beds not what I paid for.

I was given a king room whem i booked a two queen room. Hotel told me it was system error they dont have any double rooms. I had no option but to stay in a king room with 2 of my kids since it was late in night.

Property was good. Because we got in a bit late, the desk clerk gave the kids a couple extra minutes in the pool, which was nice of him.. be (kinda) warned.. if you are planning on using a pull out couch, get the sheets and an extra pillow from the front desk before you go to your room.. that will save you some trouble.. other than that, we plan on staying here again..

Great location! Not a single issue. Will be returning to this property in my next trip to this area. Great for family trips with dine options for everyone

For some odd reason we were told we were too loud in pool area ( of course we’re african american) anyway the pool area door was open and we were playing marco polo I thought that was rude so we left the pool later that night. There were a lot of kids playing in the pool very loud, but they were Caucasian and no one told them to get out.

Hotel was great. the staff was super friendly and accommodating. the breakfast was actually really great. the eggs tasted like eggs and not the powdery kind. room was clean. the pool's chlorine level was extreme. the kids played in for hours and their hair was ratted and brick hard. the fumes were burning my eyes just sitting there. i appreciate the chlorine to kill off any nasty stuff but it was really harsh.

This hotel is located off the main road and there were some great places to dine out, just walking distance from the lobby. Really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and everything was in working order. It was nice to have a big room, sofa for visitors. We will definitely return to this hotel and tell our family and friends as well.

Pros:
Very clean, great location, beautiful hotel, indoor pool, comfortable beds.
Cons:
Can hear people upstairs very early, pool area is VERY loud because of fountains (the echo gave me a headache), pool area is narrow and VERY slippery, there's a surcharge for breakfast, and quite frankly, it's not worth it, my tub faucet was leaking, and the sink was not draining properly. The bathroom hook was also loose, and I'm hoping they don't charge me for that as an "incidental" since it seems they like to charge for every little thing.
Breakfast complaint:
They have the cold products on ice (milk, juice, yogurt, etc.). My toddler complained about the yogurt not tasting good and about thirty minutes later ended up in the bathroom with an emergency. Maybe it wasn't cold enough? Not sure.
Charge complaint:
There's a $29.06 discrepancy between my Hotels.com receipt and my credit card charge. I know an extra charge would be the second day I had breakfast, but that's only $12.95, I believe. Not sure what the other amounts are for. Kids under 11 eat free, so I know it was not them.

Receptionist was very rude to my family & myself. The rooms were not ready, after check in hour. Which is understandable, no problem whatsoever. The receptionist had an attitude towards since check in day. Which is very unprofessional
