did not get to stay. was on 2nd floor and after checking in was told that elevator to come down would not work unless we called them to send it up. there were children running all around on the 1st floor, and it was employee kids. the tv didn't work neither need the wifi.

We stay at this location every time we cruise. It is very convenient on our way to Galveston. The complimentary breakfast is always good and the staff is friendly. We highly recommend this property to our friends and family.

We came to Galveston for a weekend family getaway and the prices on the Island were a bit too high for us. We decided to drive to Texas City and let me tell you that it is so worth the drive back and forth! Breakfast was awesome and room were clean and all the staff was awesome!

Not the cleanest room. The floor/carpet was filthy....my childs feet were black after walking around barefoot on the floor. Not worth the price, for sure!

If u have kids not a great they call and complain about everything.... so not necessarily staff but i wouldnt suggest staying here with kids!
