My family and I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it’s always good. Unfortunately, a destructive tornado caused damages throughout the temple area and the hotel was unable to accommodate reservations due to lack of sufficient power and other damages to the facility. We will reserve again. Best wishes to Temple as you recover from the tornado’s damages.

The hotel was renovating their entire floor on the ground floor so the pool wasn’t open. The whole reason I booked this hotel was for the indoor pool. My kids are having to visit their grandfather who is on vent staying in the hospital. The hotel wouldn’t give me any type of reimbursement for this and they didn’t disclose this before I booked with them. It seems odd they would charge full price and not disclose they were doing this noisy renovation.

Close proximity to the hospital! I stayed here so I could work during the day and stay with my family member during the evenings. The staff is excellent, very friendly and always willing to accommodate. Breakfast is nice too! Chobani yogurt, banana and coffee was the perfect breakfast for me. Rooms are clean and the housekeeping staff is fantastic!

It’s always my “go to place” when I visit a family member in Temple. The staff are always pleasant and friendly, its location is perfect for me. It’s safe, clean and I feel like I have a little bit of home with me.

Upon arrival right outside the front door somebody had spilled something and it was not cleaned during our entire visit, the elevator floors and also the walls had fingerprints and dirt and it was never cleaned during our visit. We were not told upon check-in that the hot tub was not working and that the swimming pool was very cloudy. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. There was a very large group sitting in the breakfast area around 8:00 in the evening consuming a lot of beer and being very loud they set there for 2 hours while their children swam in the pool and made it where no other guests could have enjoyed either area.

It felt like they had let the place go. The side entrances were inoperable. The fire alarm went off early in the morning and woke everyone up. The grounds around the hotel were kind of dirty. The hot tub was broken and had dead bugs floating in it. The indoor pool was ice cold. We chose the hotel largely because it had an indoor pool for our kids to use when it's chilly outside. Instead, the water was so cold that it was enjoyable for no one. The staff said it had been broken for weeks and no one had fixed it.
I will give them credit for their breakfast. The breakfast was good.

When I was a child, Holiday Inn was new and amazing. We traveled up every year for a competition that’s at the end of summer. Now that I’m older I’m traveling for the same organization with my children. So habits die hard. We stayed at the Holiday Inn just like we did 20 years ago. Well, not anymore. The hotel itself was beautiful, up to date renovations and clean. The pool was designed nice, but poorly. There was a family of about 15 people in there when my family of 5 came in. It was so loud! The tiles were all wet and kids were slipping and sliding. Thankfully no one was hurt bad, just a bruised knee on the 5 year old. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was Luke warm and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. My sister staying there was coming down with her kids and some drinks (water and Yeti cups) and the manager jumped on her case about having no beverages at the pool, said it’s always been this way, and was completely rude and no where near professional with how she approached the manor. The ice machines on ALL 4 FLOORS and we had to go to the lobby and ask for ice. Which was pre bagged in the tiny bags behind the popsicles on the bottom back of the freezer. Did you have to put them in such an awkward place? It’s already bad enough we have to come down stairs, and get it. We had another member of our organization try to stay there, but they were full. Makes you wonder what the management’s priorities are in running the place. I would say more, but I’m out of
