Hotel was very clean & well maintained. Room was nice, good size with kitchen. Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great. Basketball court & indoor pool were perfect for keeping kids entertained.

Hotel had water stains on ceiling/wall of room, low water flow in faucets and toilets (had to call maintenance for toilet to flush). Visible dust/dirt on headboards, furniture. While i was there 4 other rooms (411, 311, 211, 111) experienced water leaking from the ceiling, and those people had to be relocated to another hotel because this one had no more vacancies. One of the people who had to switch locations was a family member of mine.

This was our second stay here. I think it might be the only hotel in SA with a two bedroom suite. It is awesome! The setup with the living area and kitchen is fantastic when traveling with kids. There is also and indoor pool area that was always stocked with towels and kept clean. The breakfast was typical of hotels with free hot breakfasts. The extra bonus was the basketball court that we visited every day (the front desk will loan you a ball). And the outdoor patio with a fire pit was a great way to relax in the evenings. We were in town visiting our son at ASU and will be staying at Residence Inn again every time we visit!
