I shared my room with my Grandson and the top lock wouldn’t lock the door, the two screws completely loose, then 6 am the fire alarm went off waking up our whole party and of course the kids would not go back to sleep afterwards because they were scared. Never again

The hotel is self was pretty good. Was in a great location. Seem to be clean. Have a few issues, the indoor heated pool was very cold and was told could not be warmer. The pool was very cloudy, and it smelled fishy in there. The hot tub should be for adults only. We tried for 3 days to get in hot tub. there kept being kids in it playing like it was a pool.

I just stayed one night. I liked everything about the hotel except the pool. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Room was clean and nice. The indoor pool was foggy/murky and there was an odor in the pool area as well. It smelled like fish. The hot tub outside was nice so we stayed in that area mostly. I traveled with a child and he wanted to swim which was not fun. Even sitting in the pool area was gross as all I could smell was the odor.

The carpet smelled like a wet dog, the cap on the overflow drain in the bathtub was broke, I asked if I could have extended checkout since my family had rented a banquet room for family pictures the next day and I was told I it would not be a problem, but I had 8 different people knock on the door between 11-12 "reminding" me it was passed check out. - the room we had for pictures was hot and musty smelling - it was the most costly room in the area, but I was completely disappointed

Stayed 1 night on our way to Schlitterbahn Waterpark. The hotel was clean, kids enjoyed the pool and the staff was nice. Would stay at again.

Was a nice stay overall hotel is a little dated but was well kept. Due to events around there was several children around in halls yelling and running but not hotels fault. Would recommend to anyone.

We stayed during the Christmas season. It was decorated nicely, and they played Christmas movies for the kids in one of the conference rooms. They also did face paintings for the kids. The staff was very friendly. It was a great hotel experience.

When we arrived the hotel staff gave us a list of activities in town that were Christmas themed. They also provided each of our kids with an activity goodie bag. They had Christmas movies playing in a conference for hotel guest and a good breakfast bar. The staff was super friendly all around.

I was really surprised how thin the walls were for a newer build hotel of suites. We had a family with a cranky baby next door, and we could hear their TV like it was in our room. Nothing you can do about that, but maybe let the corporation know that they need to soundproof a little better.
