SUPER CLEAN and EXCELLENT Customer Service! Just wish they had rooms with TWO QUEEN Beds available. Not a fan of pullout beds which our kiddo didn’t sleep that well on. Other than that…great room, great service and an enjoyable breakfast!!

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The gym and outside areas were perfect for an active family. All areas were kept clean and it was a great stay.

Just a get away with all the kid’s swimming and grilling hot dogs on the patio only thing that wasn’t real great was breakfast was very limited not much to choose from

I have been to the one in Albuquerque NM and it had fresh cooked food for breakfast, clean pool, room service so I had to come to the one in Midland when we did our family trip. I was rather disappointed in the fact that all the food was microwave food, nothing fresh. The dining room area was small, the pool was not cleaned the three days I was there. Room service never came to offer fresh towels or to throw our trash.

The lady that checked me in made some snarky comments about why I was booking a room there since I lived in the same city. However, I recently moved for work and was just visiting my parents. It didn’t sit well with me. My room had dirty black socks on the floor from the previous tenants (I hope). The shower head was dirty. But I slept like a baby anyway. Room 424

We chose Home2Suites because of the convenient distance it had from our relative’s house and we’re very please with our choice. Staff was pretty friendly, hotel was very clean from what we saw and so was our room and very comfortable. There was only 1 elevator working but never had to wait long for it. My family and I will definitely be staying here again.

Great stay. The front desk employees were really nice and helpful. Good location. My room wasn't the cleanest, but I am also very picky. Room was up to date and comfy. Loved that I found a hotel that is truly pet friendly. They do have a fee, but it was inexpensive. My fur baby got treated very well. I will definitely be staying here next time I am in Midland for work.
