Asked clerk to be placed on 3 rd floor due hotel usually has kids . Was placed on second floor and then a school group of basketball players evidently was above us. Slept very little two nights. Have stayed here several times a year. Very doubtful we will be back

Front desk person was extremely not ready for the job. Wasn’t able to find our reservation and we had to go look elsewhere at 12am with 2 crying little ones in the car

Great place to stay, unfortunately I had parents on my floor who did not control their unruly Children. It’s one thing for babies to cry, but to let your kids run up and down the hallways at 10pm people please! Hotel and staff were great and food was yummy. As expensive as eating out is, families could easily fill up with a good breakfast.

Right in front of the outlets, the hotel had a distinct smell, it smelled too much like chemicals in the hallway. The bathroom and rooms were clean. Pillows were too hard. The pool was very clean and my kids enjoyed it.

I generally always stay at La Quintas - good bang for your buck. But this La Quinta easily was the most impressive I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk staff were SO friendly and welcoming! My room was so clean and tidy and not too warm upon arrival. The free breakfast had the most options I’ve ever seen - French toast, waffles, eggs, sausage biscuits, hashbrowns. And staff was always bringing out fresh food! Definitely staying here every time I visit my family.
