One of reasons I booked this facility, even though it was a bit from where we were going, because of pool area. We were never able to utilize pool area due to not enough seating. Realize there was a family reunion and hotel was packed but pool was an amenity for us that we could not utilize.

The only bad thing was a big thing though. The ac in my room the first night was blowing as cold as it could get making the room 62 degrees. There was no in-between. They came to fix it but this time it was stuck on 71. I had my 2 children so switching rooms wasn't an option at 9pm at night. Awsome pool, friendly staff!

The facility is clean and convenient to Kemah Boardwalk and local shopping areas. There are high end restaurants available and boat chartering available in the hotel. Parking was convenient. The deposit was larger than expected and equated to the same amount as the entire cost of my stay. There’s no laundry service and laundry mat in the area. No free breakfast included. Regular room. And the pool swim up bar is only available Fri-Sun. Overall well kept safe facility in a great area. In my opinion overpriced for the lack of practical conveniences you search for while traveling with a family. Huge cost and price with the stress of outsourcing for laundry/reasonable amenities/entertainment/meals.

Great place to stay, only issue for us was the bathroom was pretty small in the room. And the ceiling was low in the shower. But other than that it was great, great service, great swimming pool, family friendly.

Took my 2 kiddos for a staycation. We had a great time at the pool. The DJ was playing all the good tunes. There was enough space to really enjoy yourself out there. The hotel room was clean and cozy. The representatives up front were knowledgeable and approachable. My only con would be the bartenders at the pool. There was 4 of them and I still stood there for awhile before I could get an order in. They also seemed a little irritated when explaining how the payment process went. It was our first time there and they expected us to know their policy already. They were slow to get us our drinks as well. The food we ordered came fast and was delicious. The kiddos really loved it.

Great view by water/marina. Area isn’t very walkable for anything else. On-site dining options are limited. Walls are VERY thin and we had noise issues from neighbors EVERY night. The staff and security were responsive; however, it seemed like their options were limited and usually nothing changed. There are no good options for young kids to sleep, so you’re limited to co-sleeping or bringing an alternative yourself.

I like the location but I was very disappointed that there was so much noise in our hallway and also the room next to us. Sounded like a bunch of teenagers or family that were loud. The other thing that I was most disappointed in that they did not have there breakfast. The main reason we stayed at that specific hotel was because they used to have an awesome breakfast buffet. We were very unhappy with our visit.
