We picked the hotel for the heated pool and big hot tub during spring break on our travels. It did not disappoint! It was large and the kids loved it! Room was affordable, fairly comfortable with all you need. We would definitely stay there again if we were traveling with our kids. Easily walk to town, etc.

We loved our stay! Our room was very spacious and clean, it is an older style but my family and I thought it was cute! The pool was great and the hot tub was a plus! But the best was the breakfast! The inn is walking distance from the all the shops and restaurants and the bubbly bar. Overall we loved our stay and will be coming backing soon!

A quiet little hotel close to Main Street shopping. Two pools (one heated) and the hot tub provided the kids some entertainment.

Nice family motel with a great location. Heated pool and breakfast is included. Friendly staff and comfortable room. The two negatives are a very small TV and lack of electrical outlets throughout the room. You can see where there were once electrical outlets but they now have solid plates on them so they are useless.

Great room for family. Two very comfortable queen beds with separate living room. Very spacious. There’s an area with sink to get ready and also a sink area in the bathroom. Enjoyed our quick stay here for the eclipse. Very close, walking distance, to historic downtown Fredericksburg.

Great little hotel on the Main Street. Overall good stay. Bed was a little stiff but not horrible. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room. I did report glass being in the pool in the back with the hot tub. I stepped on some. I did pull a piece out of my foot. I know this is due to a customer not following the rules, I just hope it gets cleaned out before a child steps on glass as well. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here. We had the family room and it was a nice big size. Only thing a bit odd i guess was it was a family room i would have though they would put more than 3 towels in the room. I enjoyed the back pool. It was very nice and loved that it had a small area where little ones could enjoy the water. Also loved that it had a ledge around the pool for adults to sit in the water. Overall very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Awesome stay!! We booked the family room which was plenty of space for our party. The rooms are definitely a bit outdated, and the blankets could have been a little thicker, but the space and walking distance to Main Street couldn’t be beat for the price. Check in was easy, and they even have a fireplace by the pool running at night!! If bringing a large group, only one vehicle is allowed to park by the room. The rest of the vehicles will have to park off the property. This wasn’t an issue for us, but definitely something to be weary about.

The staff was good. The room however, not so good. It was spacious and clean. During the day when we arrived things seemed quiet in our second room floor. 10pm rolls around, loud creaking from the room(floor) above my family can be heard. 11pm same thing. Quiet for a couple hours, 3am to 5am loud creaking yet again. It was a horrible night. I recommend to anyone staying here, request a top floor room. I did advise the staff of this going as far as to show them video, however they didn't seemed concerned and advised that it was normal. We won't be staying there again.
