Holiday Inn Fort Worth S-Conference CTR

Rm 427 the bathroom was not clean! The ceiling ova the shower is about to cave in! Thank God it didn’t while I was there! The bed sheets were dirty when upon service of changing the sheets the mgr looked at me as if y am I complaining of small red marks on the sheets! She then looked at her employee as if she was like “ r u kidding me”! Yes I am! The last time i stayed back n April 2024 no issues. The walls are very dirty! The towels were not fresh at all! If your employees can’t clean the rooms correctly then fired them n hired someone who don’t mind doing their jobs!

I didn’t even get the chance to stay here because you double booked my room. Never mind the fact that I booked MONTHS in advance. So instead I had to drive around at 2 in the morning trying to wake up family so I could have somewhere to sleep for the night. Thankfully Expedia was able to transfer my reservation to another place. In all my years of booking reservations through Expedia this is the only time I’ve ever been told that I couldn’t be accommodated. After a long flight that’s definitely the last thing you want to hear.

We decided it was unsafe for our family to stay at this facility and left the same day we checked in. People running through the hall ways. People smoking in the elevator. Loud music going on. I would definitely not come back.

The rooms are extremely humid. Toilet was clogged, one of the beds, bed sheets had what looked liked mold on them. There was NO noise control in the hallways. The smell of marijuana filled during multiple hours of the day, kids playing and yelling in the halls at late hours of the night. People loitering in front of the entrances and parking lot of hotel. Very uncomfortable stay

Good place for a family to stay at. Felt safe and comfortable. The lay out of the place is a little out but overall would recommend.

The value of this hotel was good. Cleanliness was decent. Staff were nice, pleasant, helpful. The pool area was not so great; the hot tub was currently broken and the pool water looked very murky/dirty. I would also strongly recommend having an adults only last hour of pool and hot tub use, as there were a lot of children in this area that were yelling and extremely loud. Warm (and yummy) cookies upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The biggest issue is that this hotel is extremely close the highway which in turn created a very loud night, all through the night. Additionally, there were a few trees very close to the hotel, one of which was right outside of our window and we heard birds all night long. We had three terrible nights of sleep.

Very comfortable and clean rooms and the hotel staff was very friendly. This was a one day stay with our grandkids for spring break and they really enjoyed the indoor pool. It was a good location and very affordable. The only negative aspect was the hot tub was closed for mechanical reasons.

I booked this hotel for a family trip with over 10 guest & we were highly disappointed with our stay here. This facility had a key card issue and we’re unable to provide guest with key cards to access our rooms. What makes matters worse is they didn’t inform guest of the issue until AFTER completing the checkin process which I found to be very unprofessional and a scam. Their solution was to walk each person to their room every time they needed access. I found this to be a big safety hazard & inconvenience. The staff would ask of your room number infront of multiple others & take you in groups to your room. Anyone could access your room because staff had no real or safe process in place to verify guest room numbers. The rooms were semi clean and the bedding and towels had hair on them. They offered no discount or refund and when asked for corporate number they could not provide or should I say would not provide that information. The lady at the front desk kept repeating they didn’t have a corporate number. Will not be staying here again and will not be recommending this place to others.

Spectacular hotel stay. Here for a family gathering. Definitely recommended. If in the area stay here.

Room was on the second floor right on the street and it was super noisy at night even the kids had hard time sleeping and kept waking up in the middle of the night. We were told breakfast is served at 7 but not until 7:20 that some food was ready. Breakfast was late and very poor choices/presentation. They even served us the milk, for the cereal, in foam cups. It was not a cheap stay and I expected way more than what they provided.
