We were in Fort Worth for a family function. The hotel was very convenient to our events. My issue with the room was the lack of lighting and a moldy or damp odor. It was fine while the air was running, but when it shut down for a while, it came back. There also was no bathmat in the shower--and my handicapped husband slipped and almost fell. Service was excellent--except that no one could solve our problems.

We love staying here when we come to see our kids and grandkids!! It’s convenient and we have been frequent fliers for almost 10 years now!!

We love our monthly stay at this Hilton. The staff are simply awesome! We have yet to have an unpleasant or negative experience.
I spoke with Ivie on the phone regarding specifics for room and she was very accommodating and the room was perfect. The bedding was very comfy and we woke up well rested. We then enjoyed a delicious breakfast, kiddos to the cook. Rosie is very professional and friendly and enhanced our total Hilton experience.

Stayed here as a couples night away from the kids and to go Christmas shopping the next day. Breakfast is an extra $15, we didnt eat. You have to pay for parking which was odd. The room and hotel was fine. But when we went to leave in the morning, our catalytic converter had been stolen off our truck and a transmission line was severed making it undrivable. We had to have vehicle towed and make a police report. The front desk was informed and we were told the general manager would be contacting us soon. It has been 2 days and we have not heared from them. I have not heard if they have any cameras on the parking area but I could not see any. We were parked front row right by the pool. I would of expected more customer service and cameras since you have to pay to park in their lot.

We love staying here!! Convenient to family, and an excellent location!! Food, bar and snacks along with a pool and hot tub, make for a great get away!! We are frequent guests here!!

Only 1 person at desk with multiple people checking in & waiting in line. Although very nice desk person couldn't answer any questions about internet issue, places to eat & how to get around area.Room very dark, lamps other than desk lamp not very bright. Breakfast charge very expensive for family. Only 1 luggage cart in hotel. No shampoo in bathroom.Should have
shampoo, conditioner & body wash in shower as many other hotels we've stayed at provide. Jr suite was good & clean, but other issues not acceptable. Won't be staying at Garden Inn again.

Christy and lizett,and arianna made my stay amazing. My family was traveling across country and they went out of their way to making us feel welcomed . They assisted in making our trip less stressful.

Its always a great stay when i stay at a Hilton. My family and i love their services and the rooms are spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

After 7 nights on the road, each at a different hotel, with a family of five, this hotel was seemingly the nicest we stayed in but the most disappointing. We had booked a double queen room and upon arrival were told we had to split into 2 rooms because there were no double queens left. We were traveling with 3 kids 8 and under, so this made things difficult figuring out who’s going to be with who and where is all of the stuff that we need because everything was packed together. A sweet family overheard our situation and offered to switch rooms because they had grown kids and understood how inconvenient this would be for us. The front desk basically said there was nothing that they could do unless we privately exchanged room keys. Needless to say, we kept our rooms. The air conditioner was broken in one room and had to be replaced while we were trying to get the kids to bed. The other room’s AC worked but was obnoxiously loud. The ice machine on our level didn’t work. Lastly, when we were trying to check out and get a printout to make sure we weren’t overcharged, we waited over 15 minutes before just leaving (there was no one in line in front of us or at the front desk, just one staff member behind the front desk on the phone). Very very disappointing service level for such a seemingly quality place to stay.
