My rating would have been higher if this had been listed as a 2.5 star hotel, but it did not seem like a 3.5 star hotel. Pros - by the airport - ample free parking - 12pm check out - comfortable bed Cons - room felt old, toilet barely flushed - nowhere to plug devices - zero flexibility for late check out even for a fee (besides paying another night) - if you have a room near the pool there will be kids shrieking all morning, no sound dampening at all.

A couple years ago we stayed at this hotel 8 or more times a year. We decided to stay here for our mini family vacay because we had loved it so much before. Unfortunately some of the staff at the front were not helpful or friendly and the rooms were uncomfortable. We used to stay in the suites with the extra room but now cant because of the kids (we used to stay in there with the kids before) and the room was cramped. The pool was nice but someone stole our babys pool float. I like that they are upgrading the hotel but the room we stayed in had something spilled all over the bathroom cabinet and the drain didn't work well. I had been so excited to stay here again but definitely won't be returning.

My family and I had to move to 3 different rooms. The first one there was a shortage, the second one the air conditioner did not work right. By the time we got finished playing find the right room and we could get showed and into bed it was close to midnight. We planned to get on the road first thing. I couldn't stay to talk with a manager

I absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and refreshing. They just remodeled their rooms to look more modern, they did a phenomenal job. The staff was as friendly as could be. They have both an indoor and outdoor pool which was really convenient for my kids. Everything you need is no more than 10 minutes away. The only problem we had was that they keys to the room kept deactivating so there were a few trips to the front desk but it wasn’t so much an inconvenience that I’d give them a bad review. The staff was very nice and reactivated them everytime w out a problem. We’ll definitely be staying again.

The person on the recepcion really rude , a lot of noice in the salon. They give us two bracelet for the pool , and if we want to our childreen went to the pool we need to pay 10 dlls each , we have been in this hotel for 15 years and is very Dissapointed all this things , we never back again
