Very clean. Slept like a baby

When I checked in the front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. When I got to my room I noticed I had a door that led to the room next to me. Thankfully I had the lock on my side because there was a kid in the room on the other side who decided it would be fun to try to open the door off and on for hours. To my other side was another family with a kid and they were super loud as well. I had been on the road over 24hrs, was exhausted and with the noise could barely sleep. Early morning everyone was loud in the hall trying to get to breakfast so I still couldn’t sleep. I got up to shower which was another kick in the gut. Lukewarm water to cold the whole time I showered! On top of everything since I got out of the room at 9:30am and breakfast stopped at 9am I didn’t get any food which was one of the main reasons I stayed at this hotel. I went to the front desk and explained everything to the girl (different person) and she asked me which room next to me…I explained which one and just said “oh I’m sorry.” I asked if she could let the manager know since I spent the money I did for this hotel room, barely got any sleep, had a cold shower, and got no food. She said she would but I highly doubt that happened. For the price I should have had hot water and it would have been nice to be offered something to eat instead of getting the deer in the headlights look especially since she was still putting food away.
