Lone Star Inn

It is nothing fancy, but the hotel was super clean- and the owner & his family were so kind.

Charged more for room choice after arrival (queens) and charged more for 3rd person (child). Room was clean but common areas were dirty.

We came in town for an family emergency!the price was great!The owners are very nice ,and helpful! The rooms were very clean,and nice! My grandson loved making his own waffle! Thank you !if ever in town we will stay here again!

I had to leave for a family emergency before my stay and I was not refunded my nights stay, I ended up loosing my money and the room wasn’t even worth the money, It was hot on the inside and the door looked like someone had tried breaking in, Definitely never coming back here, Worst experience ever

This is advertised as a non smoking property. Definitely has smoking stains and burns in bathroom and on the sheets. The smell upon walking in the room was atrocious. We were given a room that had a door to go between (2) rooms. It was scary. Tried to address the noise level and activities with the manager and his wife. We checked in @ 1:30 a.m. and checked out at 5:30 a.m.; could not get any sleep due to bad activities going on in the adjoining room. We watched several people going in & out of the room; very quick timeframes (drugs) & very rude language being used. Definitely not a place to take your family. The owner even stated these kind of things used to take place, but NOW they are under control. The reviews did NOT indicate ANY of this or I would have NEVER considered much less pay for the room.
