The internet was down and I had to wait 40 minutes to get a room. The ladies in front office didn’t know what to do. I paid for 2 queens and I didn’t receive queens. The area is noisy with a lot of trucks around and next the hotel. There were people smoking weed and with beers in hand. No safe for families!!

We checked in at 9pm, after driving for 12 hours and were exhausted. We got to our room and it smelled like pet urine, and the bed had about a 4” sag in the center of it. Within minutes of setting our stuff down, there were kids running, stomping, and screaming down the hallway. Erica, at the front desk (who was handling everything on her own, with no help), was kind enough to move us to a different room. She called someone for help, but the person on the other end of the phone just questioned why she needed help, and wouldn’t actually come help her. We got to our new room, and the bathroom was gross. Hair all over the tub/bathroom floor. The nightstand was sticky, and the floor clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. The breakfast options were pretty limited but we also didn’t get downstairs until 9am, so that could have just been a timing thing.

Very nice place to stay. Was annoyed at a front desk girl,,the hot tub wasn't working and I went and asked and she said she would find out and send someone but no one came then we went back to ask her again and she just said oh yea we need a part. She had a baby in the room behind front desk which I understand times are tough and I'm glad she is at work but times are tough for me to and I had to work hard to get that room for my kid as well and it's her job to provide service.Tge breakfast was great and so was the lady working in there. Overall great we will be back

nice comfortable, well appointed and roomy . Good hot breakfast included, very quiet and easy access. located between a truck stop and a walmart where other truckers park for the night- yet the hotel was very quiet. only complkaint this time was the front desk was under staffed , but the attendant was helpful and friendly- there may have been a local school or athletic event because there were lots of younger kids using the pool and hot tub and the hotel ran out of towels and couldn't supply any more even at 6:30 pm when we arrived. So no relaxing at the pool after a 10 hr drive

We stay here almost every time we are in Childress visiting family, at least once a month. The King bed in this particular room was unusually uncomfortable. The other king rooms we’ve been in were awesome!

A staff member had a small child with her at the front desk that woke us up at 2am the first night and 4am the second night. I understand sometimes those things have to happen, but it still kept us from a good night's sleep and it will keep us from returning.

Nice hotel. Nice breakfast. Desk attendant was on speaker phone the entire time we had coffee and breakfast. She was obviously chatting with a friend or family member. It was very loud. Several people in breakfast area commented on this.

It was so horrible. The lady checked me had her child there behind the front while I was checking. She tried to make me take a double that was out of order for links. Then downsize me to a king. With no remote and no towels. I went go the towels from front desk. As for the remote there was none. So we was forced to watch the walls. Sadly woken around 3 to soaking noise. Now our Tom was flooded the air conditioning was leaking and smelling over the floors of the room. So we checked out

Room 205-shower designed so it could not be turned on without standing in the tub. Shower head too high to reach. Brrr. Bathroom floor was a smooth and slippery ceramic tile, very dangerous. Fortunately, only one drop of blood on the duvet. Dust and grime in all the room's corners. The elevators were even filthier. Worst Hampton Inn experience ever. Oh yes, had to step around a used baby diaper in the parking lot. Manager obviously not doing his/her job.
