Blanco River Hotel

This hotel is under construction but you can tell it’s going to be very nice once it’s all completed. The newly updated room was very big and spacious. Bathroom was very clean, bed and the bedding was comfortable, very soft towels, the pillows are on the small size. We utilized the fitness center and pool. Fitness center is small but it has the basics. The pool was very nice and towels are provided. The gentleman at the front desk and staff were very kind and accommodating. It was very quiet and clean with having the renovation going on. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future, especially to see how the renovations turn out! Family of 4 traveling with young children.

This property was under some kind of a remodel. There were pieces of drywall and other debris all around the interior of the property. It was not a safe or ready to be open for guests.. our room may have been partly remodeled but was missing the electronic outlets hooked back up to the old headboard and nothing installed in the shower as far as a shelf, Radom small quantity of shower products. We had about six rooms booked for family as we were in town for a wedding. My sister in laws room had not been cleaned and stuff was all over ( they gave her another room) my mother in laws room was dirty and then moved her to another room . Our sons room had the hook look on the door that was broken as someone had tried to break in at some point..My nephews room even had an old shoe in it .. the staff was kind but the property was not at all as it was presented on Expedia a and would not be revisited or recommended

The location of your hotel is great. The remodel of the hotel is modern and nice. I noticed that the bathroom did not appear to be cleaned what so ever. There was old egg in the sink of my bathroom ( I had a total of 3 rooms). In my daughters room there were dirty towels hanging on the back of her bathroom door. The staff during the day and and night were very friendly and helpful. Not sure if anyone is monitoring housekeeping but they should this property has great potential. Breakfast was so so. The omelettes were very dry over cooked like rubber honestly and not much to offer kids. The pasteries were very basic.

Our family enjoyed a clean and comfortable room and the hotel’s pool was great! The only issue was our ac was really loud but overall this is a good Hill Country hotel!

This hotel was nice. Big rooms. The pool was nice and the clean. The room was nice and clean. I'd recommend for a family get away or a couple get away. The only thing I noticed (and didn't take a pic) was the restroom looked remodeled (tape still on the hook in restroom door AND the vent up top was dangling (almost looked like an accident waiting to happen (like it'd fall any second). Overall, we did like the hotel. Front desk ladies were very nice. The breakfast though (idk if it states it but it should say "cold breakfast" as all it was were muffins and cereal and OJ but nothing more.
