The hotel was in a good location to take me into Austin without fighting too much traffic.
Also, I visited family in Liberty Hill so it was a convenient location.
The breakfast was good with waffle options of blueberry or vanilla which my granddaughter loved. The fruit was fresh.
When we went to be pool, there were no pool towels but the front desk clerk was able to provide some towels.
The staff was simi-friendly.
All in all we enjoyed our stay.

This property is great because it is in a very quiet area near some apartments and a business park, but just a 5 minute drive to anywhere you could need like food, pharmacy, movie theater, mall, Wal-Mart and gas stations. The room was very clean and refreshed every other day. There is hot breakfast which was pretty good. It has waffle makers and all kinds of toppings so the kids really enjoy that. There is also a selection of eggs, either sausage or bacon, and breakfast potatoes. They only have light roast coffee so if you need strong coffee to exist (like me) this coffee will be an appetizer to a later coffee elsewhere. Overall a great place to stay to explore Austin while not sleeping in the middle of the city. The one minus is the TV in the room is not a smart tv so you are at the mercy of the Spectrum channel lineup. Not a dealbreaker though, just some small room for improvement. Great hotel and a very reasonable price.

Got to the room and both had to use the restroom from being on the road only to find we had 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Called front desk and was brought a roll immediately. Went to go visit family and came back late wanting to shower. 2 of the 3 bottles in the shower were empty and one bottle by the sink was empty. A/C couldn’t keep up with the Texas heat so we were hot all night even when we turned the temperature down. Woke up the next morning to see an old stain on my side of the bed. We have stayed at a lot of Hilton owned properties and this one was lacking as far as the cleanliness of the room. Front desk attendant was awesome and the property was in a safe and all together clean.

We had a little hiccup at check-in, but the gal at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Our family gives extra kudos to Jay!!! He was friendly and welcoming. Quickly learned our names. Excellent, excellent, excellent customer service. Eleyda in the kitchen was also kind and helpful.

This is the WORST hotel experience I have ever had in my life. First day-dirty bathroom at check in. Broken toliet that kept flushing through out the night keeping me awake. Then early in the am hours guys fighting and screaming in the hallway and slamming doors. I called the front desk and reported it and it never stopped. I reported the dirty bathroom and the broken toliet the next morning and said they could fix it right away. Day 2 once again in the early am hours guys start fighting and yelling and slamming doors and people up against the wall where my headboard is and the whole wall shakes. I call the front desk again. Once again the men never stopped. I called the police. Now someone from the Hotel starts pounding on my door and yells at me for calling the police becasue he had the situation under control. Which he never did. He said now there will be a bunch of paperwork that has to be filled out so its MY problem to take care of now. I can't believe what he is saying to me. Also the men I called the police about are standing with the employee so they know its me. He has now put my safety at a great risk. I dont sleep all night and leave the next morning due to safety concerns. DO NOT stay at this Hotel if care about your safety and the safety of your family. I have tried to reach out to Hotel management with no luck.

Although there were a lot of places nearby to eat… my baby didn’t want to be in the car anymore… so we opted to purchase food in the hotel… took all the food upstairs and realized we didn’t have a microwave. So we had to carry everything back downstairs to use the microwave in the kitchen. Holding an infant was not easy waiting for your meal to heat up and then having to carry everything back upstairs.

The facility was average. The buffet was excellent except for the powdered eggs and keibalsa sausage. Our room smelt like the previous people had smoked in the room... a lot. When I brought this up to the hotel they did not offer to switch rooms. I had to ask if we could switch rooms, they told us there were no other two bedrooms. We were staying in town for a family emergency otherwise we would of switched hotels. If our room did not smell like smoke, we would of given it a 5 rating. Staff was nice, laundry facility clean, grounds clean.

The customer service was top notch but I cannot say as much for the room amenities or cleanliness. The carpet was sticky and our socks were blackend within an hour. The room is so spacious that a pull-out sofa and microwave could easily be added without sacrificing space. The beds and pillows were not comfortable, everyone in our family woke up to neck and back pains. I was looking forward to the free breakfast based on past reviews. However, I was disappointed because none of the hot items were edible. They tasted like plastic and nuked in the microwave too long. The DIY waffles were the saving grace of the entire stay.

Pets allowed in room. Hotel should not advertise its is “pet friendly”. The main reason for my scores is that we were asked to leave the lobby sitting area during breakfast because we had our small dog with us who was at my side by my chair or under the table not making a sound or close to other guests. We were not even close to the food at any point. We situated ourselves in the corner table closest to the elevator. I did not take my dog close to the food at any time, but lady at the front still felt the need to ask us to leave. Put signs up if that's the case it ridiculous. Why advertise as a dog friendly place when y'all are not? This is not my first time traveling with my dog and this has been the worst stay and we've stayed in hotels ranging from 3 to 5 stars. I'm just extremely dissatisfied with the "hospitality" here.
Would rate higher but when staff texted me asking why I rated what I rated I said the exact text above and was left to no reply. But it’s expected as it’s own employee called it low tier while I checked in. Miserable stay. Oh! And I was interrogated for my reasoning to needing 4 towels on day two of family stay. Tf.
