This was a very nice place. We only stayed one night as we were on our way somewhere else, but it was clean, check in was easy and the staff were friendly. Was a little noisy because I think there were several families with small children staying, but that's to be expected with little ones.

Booked 2 rooms for adults and kids and they can’t even put us on the same floor without charging me more.
Have had to change rooms twice. First smelled of cigarettes and the second room had a busted AC and stunk. The hotel is dirty and hot. I stayed here once before and was given a room that had never been cleaned after the last guest.
Hilton is my go-to but the ball has been dropped in Memphis.

I stayed at this hotel while in Memphis for a work training. While there, an ice storm occurred, which meant I had to work from the hotel for most of the week. The experience could not have been better. The hotel was quiet and clean with nice breakfast and dinner options. The staff were very kind and helpful. I was grateful that they kept things going despite the inclement weather that surely impacted their own commutes and families. They maintained the same level of service, quality, friendliness, and amenities as any day of the week. I was very grateful to the hotel staff for making this such a wonderful experience!

This property was a whole vibe. From the fire pit to the bar area located in the lobby area and the food was so good. It was almost like we had found a lounge. The staff was simply amazing we felt at home IMMEDIATELY!! Sharita the great (bartender) Mr. Malcom one of the best hotel managers I've ever met Mr. Mario and Mr. Williams simply have amazing customer service and are very family oriented...I will be back at this location soon!!!!

I have stayed at a lot of Hilton Garden Inns. This one (at least the second floor and my room) needed a deep clean. The carpet was dirty, the cabinets in the kitchenette didn't close properly, there were crumbs on the countertop when I checked in and I could see handprints on the headboard (gross). The carpets in the hallway needed a good steam clean.
The service was hit or miss. Mitzy in the restaurant was very friendly and gave excellent service, another young lady who served breakfast (no name tag) was not. Most of the front desk staff was accommodating.
There were unsupervised children using the pool on Sunday night and had tracked water through the hallways and elevator. They were then running unsupervised and half dressed in the lobby.
At 1am, a car alarm directly under my window, went off for OVER AN HOUR. The hotel apparently doesn't take tag numbers of guests so when I called the front desk, they said they didn't know who's car it was (they did apologize).
This was an average stay, small changes and some cleaning could have made it excellent

The room, common areas, staff, and breakfast were all top notch!
My family also loved the sweet tea and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the evenings!

I guess my expectations for the Hilton brand are outdated. I expected the quality and luxury that Hilton has always been know for. I was terribly disappointed. The king size bed was old.. so old that you could only fall into the deep pits of previous slumbering guests to then toss and turn on the flat boards beneath the mattress. The television had burn out spots all over the screen, making it impossible to enjoy even a sitcom rerun. Front desk said that’s how the TVs are, so basically too bad, so sad. There was no hot water for almost two days and the complimentary in-shower shampoo/soap did not have dispensers on them. There was no way to use these and no other toiletries available. The $16 “Buffett”consisted of three hot trays & a waffle maker. The restaurant boasted flatbread pepperoni pizza with a chalk depiction of a square containing discs.. like a 3 year old had been commissioned to illustrate the menu. Ok, all of this can be forgiven. What I can’t seem to get past is hearing the front desk clerk yell out profanities (yes.. the F word) to a guest. Even if the guest is rude, is it not common practice for the staff to diffuse the situation? At least escort the guest outside instead of creating a scene in the lobby. All of that aside, there was a literal knock-down drag-out fight in the parking lot between family of hotel staff, to the point of cops showing up and making arrests. Very disappointed but absolutely certain Hilton will turn a blind eye to these issues.

On the app it says check in is 3pm-3am. We booked around 1030pm because we were on the road. We get there at 230am and had to wait in the lobby for nightly audits to be done for 45 min before we could check in with our infant. Why would nightly maintenance be started before the check in deadline? Also the desk staff never once said sorry for the wait or anything of the sort. Just we cant check you in for another 45 min. So my family sat there exhausted. Even when we checked in there was nothing more than You're in room 202.
